Big Agnes Tiger Wall UL2 Rain Fly Mod
Answered the exact question I had! Does the GSI infinity mug fit in the toaks 750... thanks!
Tulster is great. I made the mistake of getting a we the people holster for my Glock 42 and returned it immediately. We the people holsters are complete crap. The thing had virtually zero retention.
Nice work! A couple thoughts/ things to be are of: The Precidion Alignment and Locking System (PALS) from In-Line Industries makes alignment of the blade to the miter slot easy and reliable. An adjustable link belt is more resistant kinking much better than a V belt, reduces noise and vibration. Good luck and best wishes!
I found an old table saw that someone was giving away it’s a belt driven one I am hoping I can make it into something
I’ve worn Kataaro since purple, still wear it at black. Was considering Eosin as a second belt - would you recommend it? I worry it’s too stiff and doesn’t tie well. Has it broken in yet?
Great demonstration there! Best setup I have seen on YT!
What kind of mobile base is that? I need one too for the same saw. Thanks!
25$ for the saw, 500 for the fence. hmm
These belts are amazing but shrink A LOT when you wash them. Still my fav tho!
Is there a way to use it without the side tables ?
What year was the saw in video made? I have a similar one that I recently acquired.
do you have to use special wenches to change the blade or ill regular wrenches do?
The electric work you have performed sub par. Open hole on switch box. Hard wired? Other items you did good.
I just inherited one and I'm researching how to put casters on it because it's heavy. What mobile base did you use? Thanks in advance.
I paid $50.00 for mine and it came with an $80.00 carbide blade. It was very under powered so I replaced the 1hp motor with a 2 hp motor. It now cuts 2" oak and cherry like butter. I might look into different pullies and belt as it still has some vibration when it's running without a load.
What type of wood and how did you make your 0 insert
This gram hunt crazyness is out of control. So if you make a dump before going hiking, you can then carry maybe a steel mug 😂
The fence on my Craftsman sucks, but the blade is already located so far towards the back I can't safely finish a cut. Adding inches to front like you, and just about everyone else, would make it severely dangerous to use.
Hey sir, quick question. That bottom pin holding the motor on. what the heck is that called. I can't seem to find the part number for that pin anywhere.
The fence has to go. I have one with the same fence. Mine needs to go.
I'm in the market for a blue belt and was going back and forth between Eosin Panther and Karaaro. After some time to reflect witch do you like better between the two and do you like the thinker belt or the standard?
I think you need a higher R value pad. Exped Downmat, Exped Synmat Winter, Thermarest Xtherm etc
I have a craftsman table and the problem is that I can’t tilt the saw blade. Turns so hard and can’t get it to a 45 degree. When I turn the handle it bends the side in and doesn’t move anymore. Any suggestions on how to fix it. Need help on this
This guy fixed a very similar sounding problem in this video by just swapping the tilt trunions with each other: ua-cam.com/video/SrWFO10jeIw/v-deo.html
Great set ups! Thanks for the suggestions. Going to run the 750 with the GSI mug and fuel canister.
Still got old fence.?
I got a craftsman 137 for $25 yesterday 👍🏻
Great deal for $25. they work very well.
I got the same fence for $10.00 at auction this week. I just need the saw lol.
Question... I put the Delta fence on mine and the fence at the back rail seems to have a tiny bit of play when tightened down. Does yours have this issue?
Hey, just came across your video after having my Tiger Wall UL2 for about a year. I definitely want to add those lines and clips like you've got. I really dislike the silnylon though. Every dewy morning or rainstorm it just becomes a saggy mess. Thanks for the tips!
Would you be able to share some of the resources you used to install your fence? I'm looking to do the same thing on my old Craftsman table saw.
Hi Thanks for the review. Is your brown belt a regular or deluxe belt?
Great solo setup!!
With the Canister in the toaks 750ml, does the GSI mug actually fit inside allowing you to put the lid on top?
Have a 1977 10 inch Craftsman. Eliminated nearly all vibration by using a link belt instead of a v belt along with machined pulleys. Also used PAL CTS alignment kit to true the blade to the miter slots and no more whine, just a whir. Cuts come out much cleaner as well.
GSI Minimalist Mugs are great 👍🏼 16oz (500ml) capacity & big brother the GSI Fairshare Mug ll 32oz (1000ml) weighs in at 6.8oz (193g) I own & use both & glad to see you use one, I also use it to finish “cooking” some foods to save fuel it stays hot for a decent amount of time.
Did the same upgrades rip fence, switch, drive belt and roller frame to my Sears Craftsman 8" saw from early 1950's works great.
Hey what type of mustard is that
Hey what type of mustard is that
Good comparison
I love my 10 inch Craftsman table saws. (I have 7 of them.) Two of them I couldn't save the mechanism so I used it as a 20 inch cast iron extension bolted to another. (I removed the extensions that have holes because they can be VERY DANGEROUS if you have a piece of cutoff or anything drop into the opening, it can result in severe kickback.) I have a setup with THREE working saws bolted to each other to make a 60 inch wide surface. The saw on the right has a ripping blade, the center has a dadoe, & the one on left, a thin kerf fine tooth blade for plywood. I can cut more than four feet to the left of the fence with full support. The standard fence works anywhere from left to right by just picking up & setting in place. I don't have the fine tune adjustable feature. (I would like to build or buy a "T" square fence.) I also have replaced all "V" belts with the segmented belts. So much smoother, & more power goes to the blade. I also want to add a riving knife or at least a splitter for my ripping blade. That's very helpful when ripping lumber & it tries to avoid pinching the blade & kicking back or stalling the blade.
Love my 1962 Craftsman table saw , new bears on the arbor , double belt and pulleys. And a Vega 50 fence, plus I added a granite top to add length to the right. The weight helps to dampen vibration.
Nalgene makes a 12oz flask that comes with a 1oz shot glass that fixes to the cap. Ive found its shape packs well, the shot glass works as a measuring cup and I can empty the entire 12oz volume of a HEET container without any leftover.
How much was that new fence?
$160. Lowe’s. Model #: 36-T30 T3
Is that a 3/4hp motor?
Where did you get the LED tail lights from?

There’s something very satisfying in resurrecting some fine vintage machinery. I love using my dad’s vintage Craftsman 113 table saw.
For 25 bucks and your addons you have yourself an amazing saw. I'm curious about it needing more power. Have you used other mobile saws like the dewalt? How does it compare to that? I'd love to see a follow-up with some cutting examples :) I'm looking at a similar saw right now. Nowhere near as good a price as you paid though.
How long is that rank bar? Looks great!
Great video. Never saw that setup before. With the canister stove set up do you know how tall the combination is once you put the gsi mug into the 750?
