cricut explore air 2 not cutting with new blade and new deep cut housing blade unit

this my 2nd video of the same issue. I recent contacted cricut about my fine tip blade and housing unit not working so I submitted a video to show proof but I recently purchased a deep cut housing blade unit and a new blade and it still does the samething but its actually worse than the fine tip it won't cut at all....

cricut explore air 2 is not cutting any materials including cardstock, vinyl, printer paper etc.
I have the same situation as above.
Did you resolve it?

I bought a Cricut Joy nearly 2 weeks ago and I have NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE IT!!! The Design Space won't load on to my PC! The JOY chews up the expensive vinyl!!! I WISH THAT I HADN'T BOUGHT IT. I'm now looking for another Cutter Plotter machine other than Cricut... Any advice would be appreciated.
hey Andrew the the only thing i did was contact cricut customer service there gonna have you make a video of the problem and they will send you a new cricut joy that what i just got a few days ago.

Sorry for the late reply but yes I did get the issue resolved. I called cricut and they sent me another one along with a another housing blade, and blade.
