The Lenko Show Ep128 - New Year, New You?
I would like to start this one by saying that during this episode I share an invite to our monthly Elite Performance call where we will be going through go setting and breaking through to the process of creating new habits to achieve the results you truly desire.
The reason we are doing this is because the new year is normally a pretty good refresh point and everyone comes into it with the best of intentions, they just make a bloody mess of it for all manner of reasons in many scenarios.
We don't want to see you do that though so if you are free and able to attend the call for an hour on Monday the 20th January at 8pm GMT the please drop me a DM on Instagram for the invite (places are limited).
Other than that we break through some of the mental barriers associated with going to the gym and we dissect how dangerous is the deadlift!!!! (this was off the back of something I posted on social media before Christmas which incited much opinion and controversy!
