Moses was instructed by God on how Aaron and his sons ought to pronounce a blessing over the children of Israel, so that He (God) would bless them (Numbers 6:22-27). Therefore, because of the work you did for God in 2024, we should begin 2025 with the pronouncement of a blessing over you, so that the LORD will bless you.

For every one of us, God is able and willing to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask. This sermon teaches how we can make this happen in our lives.

God has said He will bless us in this season, because of our obedience. Let us not limit what He plans to do for us individually.

We are in a season of reaping the blessings of God, having sown seeds of obedience. Financial increase will be one of these blessings. God will expect us to use some of those finances to bless others, and His church.

In the year that has just gone by, God has consistently told us that we are doing well as a church. It's this approval and commendation from the righteous Judge who knows it all that we are celebrating today.

Pleasing God is a calling for all Christians. We please God by believing Him, for "without faith it is impossible to please God" (Hebrews 11:6). Let us therefore choose to walk in faith, and so enjoy the many benefits which God bestows upon those who please Him.

Humility leads to exaltation, as best exemplified by Jesus. But self-exaltation (pride) leads to humiliation, as seen in the story of Lucifer (Satan). And ultimately, humility trumps pride, as we see in Satan bowing to Jesus.

Jesus is YAHWEH God who became man so as to die for man because of man's sins. God becoming man was the epitome of humility that ever was and ever will be. He now calls on us to also walk in humility, and experience its immense benefits.

In the Bible we see Jesus as YAHWEH God the creator, who walked the earth as Man, died on the cross, resurrected, went to heaven, and is coming again. Jesus is YAHWEH, the first and the last. Having this true image of Jesus will enable us to rightly honor Him, and to correctly represent Him.

We have entered the season of walking in our church's calling - Christ For The Nations. We are going to take the message of God's salvation in Christ Jesus to the ends of the earth. We shall also call Christians to live in righteousness, lest they end up in hell because of living in sin.

Beyond a shadow of doubt, God recently rewarded us for our service unto Him. In order to be assured of more rewards in this life and that which is to come, we must continue to do a few basic things that are discussed in this sermon.
