How to easily fix a zipper DIY (steps in description)
This video shows the steps to replace or repair a broken zipper.
1. spread zipper open
2. slide zipper onto one side
3. pinch side of zipper that is now on the teeth
4. get other side of zipper on teeth. (may take a little force)
5. pinch back middle of zipper
Don't throw away your tent, jeans, backpack, purse, luggage, cooler, tie or pants again. easy zipper fix for zipper off track.
if the zipper isn't broken you can use the zipper that came off. If the zipper is broken you may need to buy a new zipper.
Keep in mind that there are three types of zippers. so if you are replacing the zipper make sure it is the correct zipper type for the teeth.

This was so fun! We just tested it out ahead of my son’s birthday to see if it worked ok. I only used one bottle of baby soap to save on supplies. I’m not sure I got the whole setup right. The mixture wasn’t bubbling until I took the hose off the bottom of the trash can. It then started bubbling and I wasn’t able to ratchet the towel back on. But it seemed to flow fine out of the side of the can. So I got a good result but wonder if trying to get your setup correct would have made the foam bigger or last longer. Not sure if any of those behaviors correlate with anything I may want to change! I was using an old 1hp blower which may not have been enough power and I only had a 15-20 gallon can
Gotta unscrew a pen and put the pointy end in ilif you wanna be accurate and have good water control. Trust me, I'm from the 1970s
Should the water be bubbling when you test it? Mines not
Water should be bubbling that means your weight is holding the blower hose down

What was your failure so i don't do it?
The failure was the blower hose coming in connected and the seal on the trash can. It being good enough
@@DIYTheRealDyl ok. . I tried today. Bubbles were crazy but after 30 min i was out of water. I think i used to much soap. N need to find a way to add water as it is running
@@stephenccarpenter I have thought about making a trash can with a hose inlet and blower hose tubing built in, but haven’t got around to doing it.

Yes, fill the trash can around half full and empty all 5 bottles into it.

@joegrappin4458 Yes they were 13.9oz bottles. It probably doesn't have to be exact, I haven't done much experimenting with what makes the perfect "bubble mix" yet.
