how do I. make the schedule look like this, showing phone #'s?
Very helpful, thanks!
Understandable, clear, and well-done!
Would you link tooth to treatment needed? For instance a new patient with lots of treatment needed would you manually write in notes and also link all the tooth numbers??
This is very helpful but I absolutely hate this software! Way too much clicking in and out.... I'm on here trying to learn for a new office that I'm at
Would you be interested in a new software? I will create something new and I would love to hear your ideas!
There are so many buttons that it’s actually quite confusing… But that might just be because I’m not very experienced yet…
Same 😢
@@manshirsharma3538 I know! But you will be better like me! I am better than few months ago!
Very helpful thank you
Is there any way to lock the note like in Dentrix
Are you able to add any attachments to the claim when submitting it electronically? For example if a PA is needed of a tooth with the claim. Also, would it be okay to do the walkout and then “add payment” all at once?
I hate this software with a passion.
I’m in the beginning weeks of learning it and my brain hurts! 😂
Yeah looks similar to dentrix. I’m not gonna kill anymore brain cells trying to learn bad dental software
is there anyway to mass delete quickfill list or does it have to be done one by one
Good video. Having a voice over as your populating each step would be super helpful.
SLOW down please.
can the calendar be connected to google or outlook calendar?
how to u upload patient xrays to eagle soft?
how do you update a single tooth if there was a change and you don't want to make a new perio chart?
you'd have to make a new one unfortunately
how do you update a single tooth if there was a change and you don't want to make a new perio chart?
click the cricle where the value is incorrect and it should let you change it individually.
Ik this video is 2 years old but these videos are genuinely better than the EagleSoft training videos. Thank you for creating example patients and showing the bare 101's so I can learn from scratch at home. Thank you.
Now at the end of 2022. I'm finding more and more offices moving to FFS. They are careful of their fees, have in office payment plans or Care Credit available. More patients are not electing dental coverage due to the fact that dental insurance places so many barriers on coverage. Pre-estimating is only a ruse. Treatment coordinators cannot but guess treatment estimates for their patients now, due to ever changing insurance limitations. In all the confusion, it's not worth it to be an in-network provider as being in-network only causes frustrated patients and providers. Your video confirms this very well.
Thank you so very much
It is so hard to see the buttons you are clicking on. But good explanations.
Really nice
This may be a dumb question but as an assistant are you charting all of this based on what you see or are you charting based on what the dr is telling you to chart?
Based on what Dr is telling you to chart . Should never be anyone else .
Honestly if you've been working for your dentist for awhile, just do the existing for them when you do the complete exam, saves time charting.
Was great to learn from you! Thank you so much!
When your charting in a composite filling for a 3 surface why are you clicking on a 1 surface composite? Is there a way to identify that it’s a multiple surface composite?
Very helpful!!
Great Video! Simple and to the point Thank you!
Great video. Thank you.
How do I get the previous perio charting to automatically pop up when I open it? Mine always starts blank without showing last appts charting.
There is a setting under File > Preferences > Perio > Other. You would have to check the box 'Use previous perio data when starting a new exam'. I would, however, recommend against having that checked as people tend to not complete a full perio chart and just spot probe. If you have completed perio chart readings, it should be only because you performed full mouth perio charting. When you first open the perio chart you can see the previous readings by clicking on tab 'Comparison', or you can choose to view the perio readings right onto the tooth chart by clicking the button on the bottom 'Show What' and then checking the box 'Include Perio Items'.
@@NEDPEducation Thank you, and thanks for the suggestions. We'll look at that, appreciate it!
@@NEDPEducation by changing the settings to bring up the previous probing, can I then make changes to the perio chart and save it to the current day?
why do I get a strike through my admin note when I go back to make a corrections (seconds later)?
Once you save a clinical note, and you go back to it and edit anything the computer will recognize it has been modified. Think of a note you would have made on a paper chart and then needed to edit - you would cross it out and add new note - same principle. The best practice is to consider each saved note as final. You can always add an addendum as a separate note.
Thank you, this was really valuable information for someone trying to get into the dental front office. I appreciate you sharing this video!
Glad it was helpful!
Hi bro i have one dout , How to take patient balance report procedure wise ? please teach to me..
Can you clarify what you are looking for? I am not sure I understand.
Where I can get that side bar calender
Monica, there are many ways to get to that panel, from the OnSchedule window go to the upper menu, click 'View', and then click 'Go To Day Panel'. That panel is dockable and movable, so you can have it on the right, left, or on top.
n No good tutorial. Can't see well, it is blurry
Probably your phone
is there an option to set notification prior to the 24 hour notice?
No
This was helpful. Thank you
Thank you for this. Can you show how to apply EFT deposit from an insurance company, and how you would use an ERA?
U cant see anything your doing. The video is so blurry
It is blurry because UA-cam made the quality of this video became be lower. When you watch this video, make sure that you change the quality to 720 or 1080 Hd, the video will become super clear.
Awesome
Thank you so much for this video. It helps so much and I really appreciate! I’t easy to follow and definitely learn with you!
Glad it was helpful!
She was supposed to wear a face mask before entering the office
How do you add a “note” to an individual tooth?
When you write a note there is a tooth chart of the upper left and you would click on the tooth you want that note attached to. Once you save and go back to the chart you will see the letter 'N' next to the tooth number. You can then right-mouse-click on the tooth and click history to see the note.
Talita Feuerstein - Thank you!
