Practice test let's you get familiar to tbe test format and let's you know what is your level in terms of answering the questions. Your score on actual test completely depends on how you perform on that particular test.

Sir today I just give practice test and in writing and speaking sections I used any random topic which has variety of vocabulary and connecters and I scored 120 -130. So I think this exams only require good grammar and vocabulary only.

But you need to remember one important rule, do not switch between your external keyboard/Mouse and Laptop's keyboard/Mouse in the middle of the test as this can lead to invalidation. If you are using external keyboard/Mouse, use the same for entirety of test.
