Bandhub Wonderful Tonight
Переглядів 58210 років тому
Video done with Bandhub app and 6 other people I have never met. Started with a backing track of Eric Clapton's Wonder Tonight with no guitar on it. After we all added our tracks I muted the backing track and this is what was left. I do not own the rights to this song and make no monetary gain from it. For amusement purposes only.

I remember this song from the 80’s when I was breaking free from addiction and after a failed suicide attempt. It was one my of the songs that moved me in a positive direction. Been sober since 1989.

The biggest musical outrage of the 1980s was the Wishes album by Jon Butcher not making the top 40. This is as good an album as I've ever heard in my life, and I own 35,000 albums. I am a lifelong Jon Butcher fan and will buy anything he puts out.

Man, growing up this was one of my go to albums. I thought for sure Jon Butcher was going to be the next greatest singer/guitarists. I still don't get why he didn't take off. This entire album is magic, and this song is the prestige,

Yeah; I could be wrong, (but I doubt it) but I sure do hear some Castles Made Of Sand combined with Bold As Love influence (or inspiration) here. Especially in the intro, and all the way thru the build-up, and finally when the drummer leads into the final lyrics and Jon's guitar solo and fade-out ending. This is a real Gem of a song that doesn't get the recognition it deserves. Too bad that the guitar solo at the end fades out so soon.

pivoncat (Charlie "Chaz" Pivonka) they do a very Warren Haynes Joe Bonamassa version of the Firebird but still retain the Firebird sound. they are constructed like a normal firebird pickup to my knowledge. they were in the bird when I got it lol. I replaced and pots with CTS 550k and I get the highs and clarity that the birds are known for but with a little more muscle

"Dominance And Submission" Oh yeah It's been ten years, half my life Just getting ready but then it was time Warpage in the figures, radios appear Midnight was the barrier, back in 1963 Each night, the covers were unfolded Each night, It's Susy's turn to ride While Charles, the one they call her brother Covers on his eyes, murmurs in the background It will be time... Oh yeah Susan and her brother, Charles the grinning boy Put me in the backseat, and they took me for a ride Yeah, the radio was on, can't you dig the locomotion Kingdoms of the radio, 45 RPM Too much revolution then... Each night, Each night, It's Susy's turn to ride While Charles, the one they call her brother Covers on his eyes, murmurs in the background It will be time... It's past midnight said Charles the grinning boy And looking at me greedily, said it's 1964 In times square now, the people do the polka Dominance....Submission...radios appear New Year's eve, it was the final barrier Dominance....Submission...radios appear We took you up and put you in the back seat Dominance....Submission...radios appear Form year to year we looked out for the venture Dominance....Submission...radios appear Dominance....Submission [repeat ad nauseam]
