I recently discovered Springvale grass fed ground beef. I've used it for tacos and burgers. For the burgers, as in the video, all I added was salt & pepper. I was quite surprised how much better this ground beef is: the taste and texture are the best. This is now my go to ground beef.

I remember visiting the fruit and veg stand in when I was 7 years old on our way to our Keswick cottage. I am now 77 years old and live in Newmarket and I still shop at Vinces Sharon or Newmarket weekly. Vince is the BEST!

My Polish in-laws mix it with finely chopped radishes and chives, mix in a little sour cream and salt & pepper - then add to toast topped with cucumbers and tomatoes. Love cottage cheese for breakfast, lunch or dinners!!!!

When I was a child as a treat we'd have toast with some cottage cheese on it. Then a sprinkle of cheddar cheese then melt under the grill. It is delicious.
