You gotta open the breather on that fluid catcher. I have the same one and it flows better if you open it. Then again, I haven't dumped a whole bucket in to it LOL I'm going to be doing this install on my 2011 STI tomorrow when the Koyorad comes in. Side note: if you buy puppy pads, it helps with absorbing fluid that may miss the catcher. I use them when I change my oil/coolant and they make it a less messy cleanup after.

So from my understanding, killer b put 2 drainage ports for optimal settings. One port can be used for drainage and the other port is used for aftermarket oil temperature add-ons. I was getting confused as well till I went to killer b website and figured it out. I’m definitely going to purchase their quick relieve valve for quicker oil change without having to remove the bolt and I’ll just install the OEM bolt on the M20. You stated the OEM bolt does not on the right side which is the 1/2NPT, and installed the OEM on the M20. Another thing I realized is when you look at the threads on both ports, the NPT has wider threads. If anyone tries to force the OEM in the NPT, it’s done. Anyway, good video. I’ll be doing this myself. I just got my complete Killer B oil pickup, windage tray and the oil pan. Also, try using Mobil 1 Full Synthetic Oil. It’s better than Motul. Mobil, Royal Purple, and Castrol Oil are the top 3 brands recommended. 🙌🏾
