Bologna Salad-Easy Old Time Recipe
Hello friends, thanks for joining us for another video. In this video I’ll show you how I make an old time favorite, Bologna salad, this is super easy to make and so delicious! Thanks for watching and catch you on the next one!
Bologna Salad
Ingredients:
1-1/2 pound of Bologna from a roll
3- hard boiled eggs
1-cup mayonnaise
1-cup whipped cream cheese
3-TBS dill relish
3-TBS sweet relish
1-cup shredded pepper jack cheese
1-cup shredded cheddar cheese
In a food processor pulse the bologna and eggs until small crumb. Mix in remaining ingredients until smooth and spreadable. Makes great sandwiches or on crackers, enjoy!
