People buy real estate here due to the high rental returns and appreciation that is not happening anywhere else in the world or at least not as common as it is happening here. Feel free to look at the market numbers yourself on Google. Secondly if the country truly is not friendly with outsiders then why is the population of Dubai in a consistent increase and people are moving to live here. Thirdly tourism is not dying anytime soon as Dubai constantly has bigger plans they are developing to attract more people, people have been saying tourism will die for years yet it’s only been increasing and lastly…50 degrees is an exaggeration but yeah it’s very hot in the summer I won’t argue that 😂
