I don't want to be rude but for me it seems like you speak a little bit slow. It's still watchable but it's noticeable. Everything else is good.
Nice job! Keep going 👍
Magneto dates rogue in the original comic books rogue is older than gambit
X men 97 has a comic book
I agree with you. The Oz Dust Ballroom scene is one of my favorite emotional moment in the movie and "Defying Gravity" is visually amazing. It's a great film all-around.
1) Locke 2) Sawyer 3) Ben
For me Desmond John and Sawyer are the top 3 characters in any order . Last 3 are Michael Kate Benjamin (Including only major characters)
Hurley gotta be number 4 then?
@azireful4869 well he definitely comes in list of top 5 good guys....but overall the character.. wasn't that impactful in terms of background story...I would even rate Charlie above him... specially because of the way they concluded his journey. Emotional Impactful from start till the end
I don't know why but part of me thinks 3 is my favorite i just think every one of the multiple stories its telling are amazing and i love the first 2 and even liked the 4th but something always stuck out to me about 3
This your first day speaking damn
I personally get people's complaints that Joy is a control freak and how annoying that is because in reality the emotion that she feels most of all isn't even Joy it's actually disgust. From personal experience much of the behaviors that she exhibits are more often than not a product of the emotion of disgust at its worse. Fear also contributes to these behaviors as well because it's a deep want of control over the external because on some level they're viewed as a contaminant or a threat and thus need to be either subjugated or destroyed. It absolutely does contribute to treating others like absolute shit because on some level you view them as lesser or not even human. Joy's ever-loving quest for Riley to be happy is more a reflection of her fear and disgust at anything that will be a threat to it, including the other emotions which leads her to essentially dismissing and all but subjugating them like she does with sadness in the first movie. As far as how this reflects in Riley as a person she may be externally happy on the surface but underneath all of that is a feeling of disgust so strong it's actually destructive because it's actively attacking the self and trying to exert control over the external world by any means. In the context of the movie I get why they had to portray Joy this way because she is the main character and the other emotions are just side characters, but to tell the plot they wanted they needed disgust and fear to be at the center of the choices being made. But they can't have these two actual characters doing their jobs because that would basically mean that Joy would have no personality and would be kind of relegated to a smaller role by sheer virtue of it being fleeting far more than either of these two having all of their other roles as emotions like disgust actually being more focused on morality and society or fear also being very focused on society and other emotions. I think these movies somehow forget that you can fear your own emotions as well as be disgusted by them too. This fact is mostly what underpins much of the plot because on some level Riley is disgusted by her own emotions as well as afraid of them. I think this is true to the point that disgust's most prominent emotion is weirdly enough contentment and love and she's never particularly trying to take extreme control over things or fiercely demarcating the self to an extreme level and fear isn't super preoccupied with the other emotions actions either. They gave all of these behaviors and actions to Joy to make her a more fleshed out character but it still disgust and fear that underpin it all, instead of having disgust and fear be the more prominent characters who lead to all of this stuff happening because of their want of control. All of this kind of accumulates into Joy being a downright annoying and hard to like character, because she's a character so driven by disgust and fear that you can't help but be kind of disgusted with her. This may be the point of her character that doesn't mean that she is particularly entertaining to watch or one that you would particularly feel much sympathy for especially because if you met someone like this in real life you'd probably want to get away from them eventually. I see many of these traits in myself and I can say that people absolutely consider me scary and often not worth dealing with because who wants to be controlled when it comes to basic things? Or told that their very existence or very presence disgusts them? All because they did something that you do not like or approve of. So, we who end up dealing with disgust and fear often end up alone. Given all of this I can't say that these emotions are ever particularly helpful or even really trying to be helpful.
Haven’t seen Joker 2 yet, and I’m probably not gonna see it in theaters, but based on the reviews, I’m gonna say Penguin is probably the better Batman villain content coming out right now.
the only thing ill say against it is that the first movie establishes that everyone only has Joy Sadness Anger Fear and Disgust and then they retconned it and that is espcially annoying considering that all the emotions are extensions of the original 5 like anxiety and embarressment being fear and boredom and envy being disgust heck even nostalgia is an extension of Joy wouldve been cool to see someone like Fear this unexpecting character need the lesson
@@BLUE_FANG I completely understand this complaint. Personally, I’m not bothered by it too much, and I can except the explanation they gave in the end credits. I just see it as a minor contradiction, but it is definitely a bit of a strange retcon.

Bazinga 5 years long damn good job
Loved your review! Totally agreed!
Randomly revisiting this video after over 1 year, and I just wanted to mention that I put Revenge of the Sith way too low. It’s still not one of my favorite Star Wars movies, but it should definitely be higher than Rogue One and Solo.
Thanks for sharing your take on this show. I'm not entirely sure the audience has to see Sol as a villain. To me looking back it was more like Osha was extremely upset by the news and snapped. I wasn't expecting that but at the same time I gave it a pass compared to Anakin killing younglings in what I thought at the time was an over the top "shoot the dog" moment. I did like the show a lot more than Kenobi - I felt like it had more mystery and interesting things I hadn't seen before like the various creatures and lightsaber whip.. I liked it more than Ahsoka and it's weird Zombie Stormtroopers. I actually felt like the series was better on a rewatch cause I was less confused who was Mae and who was Osha. Anyway I enjoy seeing people's thoughts on it!
Spoilers As someone who did grow up with the x men movies and deadpool movies i loved this film. My only issue is similar to what you said i just think the lack of the deadpool characters especially the main ones like cable and weasel makes it feel less connected to the other 2. Also loved the cameos especially blade and gambit
Man it was such a good movie
GHOSTBUSTERS (1984) 10/10 The classic! RGB (1986-90) 10/10 Great follow up series. GB 2 (1989) 5/10 You CAN watch it. It just wasn't a story that needed to be told. Imposters (2016) zero! No one should watch this WOKE garbage. AFTERLIFE (2021) ❌✝10/10❌✝ The sequel and sendoff to Egon we needed. ❌✝ FROZEN EMPIRE (2024) 8/10Not perfect. But we needed this curtain call.
He’s kinda cute though
You know this is interesting. The perspective is well thought out, but the delivery is overburdened. I’m a little too drunk to work out the specifics, but it sounds like you have some pretty decent insight into media. Just work on the delivery delivery.
Buddy, its hard to care about the critcal opinion of a child, specialty towards a piece of Star wars television that most people don't care about anyway. I really hope that you csn manage to take all the energy that you put towards making UA-cam videos and instead direct it towards something that could really benefit you and have you grow as a person and as a member of your community. I bet you could learn another language, read more books, or just spend some more time outside in the Sun and benefit way more fir your time investment
Buddy, this is a hobby. Not my life. You have no idea what I do outside of this, and I feel like assuming you do and telling me that I’m wasting my life just talking about movies and shows for fun, takes a lot of nerve. I don’t care if anyone’s watching and I don’t care if you care. This is just fun for me. I’m sorry if I’m overreacting to this and I know that your intentions are good here, but please don’t tell me what I COULD be doing.
@@moviefan102subbing because of this reply. Good job
Mythic reel pull
How do the jedi stand by ehile w Padawan is tortured. That somw how is q Jedi master 16 years later after being silent for 10 years.
Wow what show did you watch. Everything about it was awful drom writinh to directing.
I really haven’t understood how much hate the shows gotten honestly. Like, to me it’s been fine. It hasn’t been bad, but it hasn’t been all that good either. But, people are saying it’s the worst Star Wars show. Like, have you seen Book of Boba Fett?
@@moviefan102 yes it was terrible as well he went from bounty Hunter to mayor of the town. You realize a rock mountain was on fire
@@trexx32agreed
@@trexx32 Yeah. That is admittedly really stupid.
The entire show has been pretty pump so far. I'm getting by just waiting for a jedi vs sith lightsabre battle.

I have to agree. I love it.
Well atleast the movie had that good part where... i cant think of anything
I would put Ant-Man higher
Actually, looking back on this list, so would I.

It is a True Masterpiece Way better than any other thing made by Disney's StarWars (with sole exception of RogueOne)

Nice job, you reached 130 subs
I agreed with everything you said up until u mentioned u didn't like Syril. But that's just one thing. Nice review nonetheless
No offense but bro sounds like the nerd emoji looks
for real bro
Syril IS important. He is the mirror for Cassian. In many ways he is like him, but also many not. When Cassian decides to run, he decides to run after him. His obsession with Andor which is the center of all his wrong choices will lead to an epic confrontation in season 2. Which he will lose. After all he is not in Rogue One.
I've been wondering whether Syril might be on an arc to join the rebellion. See, Dedra is a straight up fascist, and she is very good at it. Syril is very bad at everything, but part of that is because he is dead wrong about how the galaxy works. If Syril ever figures out how things are, as opposed to the lies he has grown up believing, he may well turn on the empire if only out of a deluded continuation of seeing himself as the hero.
@@jaiclary8423 I think that depends if Dedra can stay in the ISB and take him up - as enforcement tool or kinky toyboy or whatever. She f**ed up on Ferrix after all. Just like Syril.
I see what you mean, but I feel like they have to make the similarities to Cassian way more clear if that’s what they’re going for. I guess we’ll see in season 2 though.
@@moviefan102 Both: - are around the same age - are outsiders, almost loners - have strong mothers and missing fathers - want to belong to their comunity, but fail - are selfish and shortsighted - want a strong woman they can not have - are obsessed with finding someone - have a problem with authority figures - don't like to follow the rules - are searching for purpose - are led more by emotions than reason - make wrong choices - act more like adolescents than adults
@@samlanganke1262 Fair enough. That’s a lot of similarities that I didn’t even think about.
My opinion on Andor has changed since I made this video. To see my new thoughts on Andor, watch this video. ua-cam.com/video/cihsV5CiL1o/v-deo.htmlsi=mhMamcmpD0crag5o
Honestly i like the episode a lot because tony didnt die this time and lead the story
In general I’ve appreciated the fact that in this season they’ve been a lot lighter with these stories. In the first season it seemed like every episode ended in a super dark and depressing way, and in this season there’s been a lot less of that.

Blud reminds me of Sheldon
The first few episodes, I felt were a little odd only because I didn’t know what I was getting into. The build up to the aldani heist elevated my interest and it was banger after banger. That being said, character development, set design and writing is phenomenal. The care and attention to detail in this show should be the standard for the beloved franchise.
Andor is top tier quality show and best sw ever made, easily.
Hands down....casting, writing, directing, acting...there is just no equal in the SW universe.
👍
Nice review!
