I don't understand why she brought up the CSUN tuition hikes multiple times. That decision is made at the state level. The City Councilperson is going to be hard-pressed to change that. I would have liked to hear Ms. Chelebian give some specific ideas for what she wold do to improve CD12, rather than generalizations. Also, why is she no longer with the Winnetka NC?
