I'm launching on my 60th day of consistent BPD Treatment with a Mental Health Life Coach ( She is aware and will be a supportive subscriber ) In the last 60 days I've ghosted 98% of my social media. People wanted more so I'm going for it. Each week I will "vlog" about the mind of Laura as it transforms. What it was like, What it is like now and Watch as it transform together as I do Neuroplasticity. Each vlog will be about a topic I'm currently learning/practicing and how it affected me/people around me in the past, things I did/said/felt and then about the action I am taking to change it and finally how it is currently making me/people around me feel. My goal is 10-15 minutes about 2-3 times a week and as I change "my crazy" I would like to change the World by living out the purpose I think God has prepared me for in these 32 years of hands on experience.
