Hey just found you on UA-cam, just in time for the holiday season. I have been on a long journey in my weight loss. I went from 380lbs to 260 over about 2 years, then I stopped losing. In May of 2021, I had the gastric sleave done. I am down to 160lbs now. I am so excited to find someone who has had a similar journey making tutorials on bariatric cooking.

Adding a can of store bought yams/sweet potato is NOT sugar free. Theres 180 grams in a large can. Just 9 grams of that is 2 teaspoons of sugar. your better off boiling one or two.

We don't have a Trader Joe's or Costco, I was pleasantly surprised that I could eat dark chocolate, but not milk chocolate, also I could eat hot sauce with no problems, hopefully it's not eroding a hole in my pouch, love your videos and your laugh...keep them coming
