Hi, Thanks for reaching out. Starting off with MS Project has its own learning curve. Updating Actual Start automatically updates the Start columns as internally they are the same for MS Project. The best way is to baseline the project and keep a track of project dates. For the planned percentage, do you have a formula defined? You can include your desired columns for generating the QR Code.

Its a built-in function. You have to place it in the qr cell.

Hi Thank you for your comment. There are quite a few add ins for text however, to incorporate image, you'll need to use an online tool as Excel doesn't embed the image inside of its cell therefore, it is not possible to pick it up. However, if you have used IMAGE function within Excel to have the logo inside of the cell, then you can use that selection to generate QR code.

@@SMJTech2020 i see thank you for the knowledge, planning to have my own personal ID for my students. The plan is scanning there ID and at the same time they can watch the preview to a monitor after scanning to verify attendance. I think this needs a software. 😅

There's a barcode font which can be used however I'll have to check if there's a possibility of of including logos or any images since they are not usually embedded within a cell in Excel.

You can put the sheet name in single quotes followed by an exclamation mark (!) before the cell reference. For example, 'Sheet Name'!A2 if you want to refer to A2 cell from another sheet in same workbook

This is a very interesting question and you can add one more custom column to apply this formula and show the adherence.
