The same thing happened to me, I didn’t realize it could just be Benjamin until the last panel 🤣 I was so confused reading it from Halkenburg’s pov. I was thinking, how could someone who almost killed his father for his "democratic ideals" sacrifice himself just to put his son on the very throne he wanted to abolish? Plus, that illegitimate son could very well have been born during the last carnival, which I feel is one of the traditions Halkenburg despises (or at least I hope he does) about Kakin. It makes so much more sense if it’s actually Benjamin talking. Btw, I think this is my first time commenting, but I’ve been watching your videos since the last batch. You’re one of my favorite reactors because it’s clear how much you enjoy the manga and how well you keep up with all the details. Thank you for taking the time to react and create HxH content!☺

On Borksen I think the manipulation stopped when she dropped on the floor because her expressions after that show her feelings compared to before ...at first I thought Morena forced her to kneel and that was scary 😨 (like that black silhouette with eyes Morena panel😱💀👁👁) but now I feel like it's more something like her body gave up when she regained control 31:30 Botobai is so chill 😂showing his hands but keeps his arms crossed...if I remember correctly his hunter job is to deal with terrorism so he should definitely be on that case, I want to see what he can do 36:15 Benjamin's "I'm completely fine" panel is meme material for sure 😂so funny I didn't think Halkenburg would possess Benjamin bc there was no rumbling and a rumbling would give away the fact that he is alive so he would try something else...that being said if he got Benjamin with the virus Balsamico should be either dead or restrained at this point so maybe another scenario should be considered 🤔... Benjamin mentioned Tserri out of nowhere so is there an actual connection or he's making that up, but it would be interesting if Halkenburg actually cooked something involving Tserri ... 4 princes are missing at the moment I would say maybe Fugetsu if she managed to kidnap Luzurus (but Kaiser is here so I'm not sure if they actually did it), Marayam if his room is still unreachable but technically he's there so idk if he's in the 4, Woble could be with Kurapika and Zhang Lei on the run too... it would be funny if Tyson was one of them 😅so unexpected

This is Benjamin, not Halkenburg. Even if Halk acted like Benjamin to fool others, he wouldn't have inner monologues like Benjamin lol. Also his nen beast is there so 100% Benjamin. Halk is still in Balsa's body and is somehwere else of the ship now. We will find out where he is in the next batch hopefully :>

The audacity Benjamin has to accuse others (Halk and Tserri) of bringing TSK-17 to the ship when HE was the one who brought it and didn't even care that it'd create a pandemic... Yup, he needs to go. I love his character but HE NEEDS TO GO. I'm at least happy that the Zodiacs didn't even believe one word that came out of his mouth.

Either Borksen is trying to stop Morena from within after confirming there is no way she will change, or she could potentially be even more dangerous than Morena. We have yet to get any information on Borksen's morality, and she just agreed to killing people in order to unlock her strength so... One has to remember who Borksen is a childhood friend of as well...

Great reaction bro. I was really curious about Borksen's eyes in these chapters. Sometimes they're completely white, or black, or detailed and pretty looking. I was wondering what Togashi was trying to portray with them. I'm thinking Borksen will be the Theta for Morena. Someone who's pretending to be in Morena's camp but is planning to assassinate her.

I think it was hinted Borksen did some trick. First, she asked to be the one who picks the cards. Then in this chapter, it gets highlighted how Morena lost focus with the martial law announcement, then Borksen does something strange, asking after the kiss if she could flip all cards, cause they might be manipulated. Lastly after she got “by luck” the R card, after being calm all the time, she feels extremely “excited” and breaks the card to leave no evidence. I think it’s likely she did some type of mark into the card to know which one to pick or not to pick and thats why she break it after game was done. She is smarter than expected.

Not directly related to the chapter but here are some things I'm wondering. Does Nasubi actually want to go to the Dark Continent? Is he aware of how unlikely it is that the people on the ship he'd want to live would actually live aside from Beyond? How is Morel going to transport the Hunter Association members on the ship from the New Continent to the Dark Continent? If you don't know what I'm referring to, it was planned either in beginning of Succession War or in DC Expedition arc that Morel would take them from NC to DC. Morel isn't on the ship to my knowledge so idk how thats going to plan out. Does the Phantom Troupe know the ship is not going to the Dark Continent or do they just not think its that bad? I don't see how going to the real Dark Continent would be in the best interest of theirs. Why Hisoka is on that boat I have no clue but maybe one of you guys picked up on it if it was ever explained?

I thought this arc sucked because its in the way of getting to the Dark Continent and I'm pretty sure we're just 10 days into the voyage. I wouldn't mind this if it was not on the big hiatus it is. However the arc will probably be quite long since just to get to the New Continent, it will take around 2 months according to HxH's fandom page. The arc is starting to get interesting again though so maybe I can wait a bit longer. Also its still wild to think that Kakin was first mentioned back during Kite's reintroduction

Also, I'm from the US and could not at all think of who you might be talking about when you said that people were saying that the Risnorth guy looks like some bad person from America. I haven't been able to find anything on the subject. I've been brainstorming in my head and just can't think of who it could be.

“Why is she so cute?” Morena in a nutshell 🥺😂. A dark point regarding her cuteness and charm: It might be a major reason she survived as “meat” for 20 years. She clearly still treated terribly considering the scars on her body in that flashback panel but her charm and natural beauty may have helped her get passed around (*ex trafficked) more as opposed to just strangled and left in a ditch somewhere. I also think it’s literal that she killed the real Morena. The real Morena was an actual second track faker and daughter of the King. This means she would have been a legitimate mafia boss. Since this fake Morena was sorted as meat, there’s no way she’d become a mafia boss unless she took Morena’s identity. It also connects with the other mafia families and Nobunaga pointing out that no one knows the new Heily. They don’t care about balance, they don’t follow mafia code, they don’t communicate with other mafia families etc.

I had the same thoughts about the staircase it looks even bigger than the one in the East Gorteau Palace ...thks to a comment I realized that the stairs work like a trap door you can lift it to completely remove access to the higher tier... doesn't look good if a battle royale starts in the lower tiers Bolksen waking up in Morena's hideout gave me Gon waking up after the final phase of the hunter exam vibes... it's like a lot happened everywhere during those 30 minutes and we're gonna get the full story later... it seems like she was unconscious and not manipulated while she was awake so I'm trying to guess Sodom's ability specifics (Tserri's friends making guesses is interesting too) I really like that translation with the parent/child, Nasubi/Morena(and the other princes as well) parallels... that's why I wonder why Morena doesn't (as far as we know ofc) feel empathy for at least some of her siblings like Halkenburg or the youngest ones who got into that war against their will There's still the fact that she can't be a Prince even though she's Nasubi's daughter while a Beyond child can become the king but does she even care about that idk... Btw I find interesting how Halkenburg got that huge ceremony VS Momoze Salé-Salé and Kacho who got nothing special but I like how even though it was already quite obvious they had to say how much the people care for Halkenburg and respected him...I feel like it confirms that his ability is gonna work so well when he makes his next move I had to go back to chapter 394 and I realized I forgot almost everything about it... Tserri's friends and Bolksen being kind of a leader as a First-class private and close to Theta and stuff... but also the part about the tattooist guy (Lisnorth's accomplice) being saved by Tserri just before the Heil-ly previous leader's death and gang massacre..!! The connections are connecting.... the Chrollo-Morena parallels were already there but it keeps adding up.. I can't wait for everything to make sense, this is gonna be good!

I think I just realized how prominent Morena's collarbones are. I was also struck by how pretty the eyes were drawn in this chapter. Interesting note about the official they used "dealer" and "player" instead of parent and child which I thought was disappointing. I felt there is more symbolism with parent and child, especially knowing Morena was an abandoned bastard of the king. I also liked "I am my own subject", which I felt was cooler than how the official did it.

I could imagine moreana being voice by nico Robin from one piece....
