Kindly, If I could offer some advice can I suggest when lowering (eccentric) the weight back to the top stop at 90 degrees to the elbow or just above. You are coming up too high and then using front delt to initiate the movement. If you watch the video back you will see the first thing to move are your shoulders this takes tension away from the triceps.
Good depth too, I always see people cheat the range on this lift when going heavy so it’s refreshing to see somebody have good rand of motion while also going heavy
