@@minsang6704 like all old inductors, they had quality issues from one component to the other. When u find a good one, it’s glorious. These inductors, when they sound good, are usually my favorite, even more than stack of dimes! These wah pedals also were used by various Bob Marley guitar players!!!

@@minsang6704 there is a lot of misinformation that gets continued by others,,, the “fact” that these sound “ bad” is one of those misconceptions

@@darrenc8776 sounds like a capacitor lifted, needs to be resoldered. Hit me up in Facebook, search Canterbury Audio. I repair, build, and modify wah pedals, especially the Thomas organ ones

@@canterburyaudio5836 I'm just suggesting it would be nice to have the VOX UL730 and PEP box fuzz in that Blue color beatles tonebender yellow submarine graphics. The VOX UL730 is great for guitar and bass.

@@canterburyaudio5836 Ya the pep box fuzz is an easy fuzz circuit. You can add a 2nd foot switch you have a lot of room on the pedal. The Aclam Dr Roberts circuit the Vox UL730 which sounds really good on guitar and also on bass to get those beatles tones. I like the artwork graphics of the blue canterbury audio beatles yellow submarine graphics which is selling on reverb for $250. You can have footswitch #1 be the Vox UL730 and footswitch#2 for the PEP Box fuzz. Both used by the beatles.

@@waynegram8907 I breadboarded a silicon pep fuzz. Sounds really good! Very tight, saturated fuzz sound, I really dig it. Is there a UL730 fuzz pedal?

Cool! Looking at the pics to remember, I tend to increase the vocal resistor, there looks like a 68k instead of stock 33k. I also decrease the stock 68k to 47k for more volume

So I move the stock 68k over to replace 33k!

Yep I have tried both several times, yellow can have a bit more of psychedelic touch, red are just a bit smoother,,, both cool!

@@canterburyaudio5836 cool thanks. I've never tried a wah with the yellow. I use to have an old JEN wah called a "Wah Baby" from the early 70s I believe, and that had a red Fasel and sounded fantastic. I'm just chasing that Jimi wah sound though.
