i know this would never happen, but my top pick is kevin keene, the main character of the nintendo-licensed saturday morning cartoon “captain N: the game master”… albiet an updated version like what sakurai did with his former teammate pit (or just “kid icarus”, like what the show called him). kunio is tied at #2 along with the lee brothers from double dragon, as well as abobo from both series… basically any technos rep, y’know?

My favorite part of this game is *SPOILERS BELOW* how at the beginning she puts that scratch in his helmet with a super missile and then at the end she uses that scratch to break his helmet and drain his energy once her Metroid dna activates

If Sephiroth had his own English voice in Ultimate, I would SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO drop everything and abandon my four ex-mains for him in less than five seconds like I did instantly when he came out in December last year. I LOVE how George Newbern brought Sephiroth to life with his calm and dangerous personality in the movie and Crisis Core {where I first heard his voice for the character and LOVED it}. Plus I LOVE the way Sephiroth fights in Advent Children, Crisis Core and Ultimate. It's a neat little mixture of both elegance and aggression, which is why when the one-winged angel came to Ultimate, I fell in love with him and chose him as my new main over Joker, Falco, Dark Pit and Blue Yoshi. His trailer in Ultimate was just EPIC and I LOVED all of the Advent Children movie references in his trailer, including his fight with Bayonetta, Greninja and Cloud. He messed with our plumber boy, Mario, just to get Cloud to come after him. The attention to detail in Sephiroth's trailer, including the reimagined fight from the Advent Children movie, was beautifully made, including the one-winged angel's EPIC entrance! PS: Tyler, Sephiroth's current voice actor for FF7 Remake, in my opinion, just doesn't have that soothing yet menacing and dark tone that George Newbern has when voicing the one-winged angel. Advent Children and Crisis Core showed that George Newbern has more voice acting talent than any person ever and he's blessed to be voicing such a menacing and dangerous character like Sephiroth. In my personal opinion, Tyler's Sephiroth for FF7 Remake was just WAAAAAAAAAAAAY too calm and didn't bring that aggressive nature that George Newbern has with his Sephiroth.
