I like the 3D sound of violin.

The " C part" she plays actually works VERY well for a 2nd violin playing it with the first violin. We play the original melody together and then the original with the 2nd violin

It looks like you put a lot of work into this, this certainly doesn't look easy to get all those players to keep to the rhythm and play it so well. You may like the sound track to a game called army men toys in space. The music on the levels is astonishing, I also have the sound tracks to 2 of my favourite film, Gladiator and enemy at the gates. I still have some captain Pugwash on cassette. I really appreciate good music, because not all music is good. I've heard that music that's just someone screaming to a complete racket. It's just tasteless slush with no real pater to it, other music is just loud thuds and base with the same problem, but the worst music in the world is definitely ABBA. I like the smashing pumpkins, tears for fears, bink 182, the gorillaz, Scott Joplin, Glen Miller, the black eyed peas, Ifle 64, things like that. I also don't like Queen, it too feel good! Keep up the good work!

Really enjoyed this set and gave me a different perspective on how to play from just looking at the sheet music. Nice work on the rythm also! Great job.

This is one of my favorite O'Carolan tunes. It was the first tune he composed when he was sent out to make his living as a blind harper playing for patrons. It was inspired by a M. Reynolds in Co Leitrim where there are hills call Sheebeg and Sheemore (Little fairy hile and big fair hill) under which legend says that legions of fairies fought epic battles and are buried. The tune is supposedly borrowed from The Bonny Cukoo which is very similar to part A but part B is very O'Carolan. The tune is very uplifting but the words in Irish talk of battles to the death and therefore not so upbeat. Here are the words, I do not know if the English Translation is by O'Carolan or someone else and I have also seen completely different English translations. This English translation is not literal. Sí bheag, Sí mhor Ó imreas mór tháinig idir na ríona, Mar fhíoch a d'fhás ón dá chnoc sí, Mar dúirt an tsí mhór go mb'fhearr í féin, Faoi dhó, faoi dhó ná'n tsí bheag. "Ní raibh tú ariamh chomh huasal linn, I gcéim dar ordaíodh i dtuath nó (i) gcill, Beir uaim do chaint, níl suairceas ann, Is coinnigh do chos is do lámh uainn." "Choiche ní bhfaighfidh sibh bua ar chách, Ar muir, ar tír ná 'n iomarbhá, B'fhearr an chídh 'bheith 'déanamh síth Ná fógairt cogaidh i láthair." Tráth chruinnigh na sluaite, bhí an bualadh teann. A really enjoyable concert in a lovely venue. Despite the challenges of audio recording in a huge indoor space like a church, the sound quality was pretty good. Shame about the poor video picture quality.
