Hello! My husband and I are wanting to move to the Knoxville area. We watch your channel religiously! And we would love it if you could do a video on gyms around the area. Gyms of all sizes and price ranges if possible. We appreciate you all so much. Your videos are amazing and they keep our dream of moving on the forefront. tRump and the MAGA movement ruined TN for me. Prior to tRumps ascent to power political discourse was there, but everything was quelled with a good bbq and some self depreciating jokes (e.g. redneck jokes, liberal california jokes). During and after the maga movement, every disagreement turned partisan battles into bloodsport. It’s been clear for quite a while now that red America and blue America are becoming like two different countries claiming the same territory, with two different versions of the Constitution, economics, and American history. It's so sad to see what has happened, with both dems and the gQp to blame, but in the last decade its been a majority of Republicans fault that it got this way. From spreading missinformation, to book burning, to banning books, censoring individual rights, to taking away womens health care freedoms, and finally backing a felon/rapist/con artist/grifter/LIAR/traitor as their leader.

We were just there over the weekend! We perused the market stalls and walked down one of the “art alleys”. Also had drinks and appetizers while enjoying an amazing jazz band at The Bistro at the Bijou. Can’t wait to go back and explore more.

The first thing I have to say is to go back to where you came from we don’t need you bringing all the nonsense from california to the United States.

If you believe woman should have no rights and are a racist you will fit in just fine in Tn.....

That was the joy about living in this area. At this point I have lived in allot of nice places, but I always drawn back to west Knoxville and Sequoyah Hills. It meant allot to me then and it still does today.

I'm looking at the Bristol area, coming from the west side of L.A. My family has lived on the same street since 1938. My dad was raised literally across the street from where I was raised. I've fought for decades to try to save the state I love, but have finally realized it's a lost cause. Don't worry if I become your neighbor, I'm very much aligned with Tennessee over the DPRK (Democratic People's Republic of Kalifornia).

I live in sedgefield since I moved from denver a while ago. Its so nice down to earth neighborhood.

Maybe I just have lousy timing, but all I’m seeing near $300 right now are either manufactured homes or just very dilapidated. I’d say closer to $500 median for anything new or turnkey.

I just can’t agree with Knoxville having a fantastic food scene. Honestly, the food/restaurants are one of the few things I’m not thrilled about living here. Even the so-called 5-star restaurants are just okay and often overpriced.
