It is impressive that you are flying this using betaflight and I gather headtracking.....I had suspected you might be using ardupilot with optical flow/lidar to assist with stability and collision avoidance. I am curious since I am building/assembling my own fpv drones so I like to see what can be achieved with "off the shelf" hardware.

The choice of battery depends on many parameters of the drone (size or props, weight, size of motors, speed of the drone expected, kind of propellers,...) so it is not easy to know without see and test the drone. The best way is to test with method with several kind of batteries and choose the best one for your purpose

@@steadywhoop hmmm I don't see any gates or laps or any gaps and I think that one crash into race gate and that protection is gone. Srsly I think that this is an amazing quad. Gr8 design and all but I would call it cruiser and cine, not racer or freestyle. Nice video tho.

@@Shins_FPV Ok, I see, it was a quite misunderstanding. I called it racer because of it is powerful like a racer. Of course, it not adapted to fly into gates. Thanks for precision, you are right this drone was designed to be used like a powerful cruiser and close to a DJI Mavic with FPV advantages

@@steadywhoop thx for understanding my point of view, many manufacturers misleaded customers calling their stuff like this. And yeah you achieve amazing flight time and power to weight ratio on this one, and this prop guard circle is a rly good idea. Don't try to compare this to DJI. It's far superior to DJI, it's FPV.
