What about 2 players outside of the box to catch a rebound and shoot (on attacking corners)

Good base instructions for dead ball scenarios. I am a big fan of moving up field with throw ins. For example, manipulate the space the LW leaves by checking to the thrower and sending the 9 or 10 in behind the LW to move up the pitch more

This is a great summary Brendan. No comments with Throw-ins other than we should move really fast with this strategy. There seems to be a gap in the center of the top of the box. Is that a spot that 9 would fill? I wonder if 7 and 11 can spread out and take a bit more central role on each side of the semi circle of the box.

Hi Tope, you mean for attacking corners? Yeah, I think it may make sense for 7 and 11 to spread a bit. I think the key is that we have four aerially dominant players in a line and in synch with our movements. Others can be dynamic based on how the opposition line up, but general principles of being quick to second ball and having coverage for their clearances to get it back in quickly.

This is supposed to be a conversation starter, so please feel free to comment below. Hopefully this was clear, and please note that the tactics are related to the positions, but of course other players may be playing in various roles, i.e. Phil could be on the right wing or forward etc. Cheers, Brendan
