I like how Vegeta was still there even though he wasn't friends with Goku at this point yet. It was only after this saga that Vegeta and Goku finally become good friends. But he still cared enough to see his rival
Bulma's facial expression says it all. I love it. When I first watched this scene, I was in 3rd grade, I remember being so pumped up that Goku can still come back since this was the 2nd time he got resurrected, well not in this scene in particular, but this gave me hope. This was the entry into the Buu saga. I was finishing my college when DB Super came out, and all the DBZ memories came flushing in. Now I have a doctorate and working. I hope there is another Dragon Ball anime after Super. I need Dragon Ball nostalgia.
Of course Bulma would be happy. Goku's her little brother in all but name. ❤ And she's known him longer than anyone else. She probably the one who misses him the most, next to his best friend Krillin, his wife ChiChi and his son Gohan of course. 😊
Bulma's reaction towards the end can really hit you in the feels. While Goku is playing eith Goten her facial expression is as if she's the only one in that moment that remembers Goku is only back for 24hrs and how precious that time is with his son Goten.
She basically raised him acting as a big sister figure after Grandpa Gohan died. Without her looking for the Dragon Balls, her life would have been the same.
Watched this scene in Kai, didn’t even come close to hitting as hard as this version. The music here was literally the best music they could’ve possibly played at this moment, plus, the dialogue, while probably less accurate to the original script, is a lot more heartwarming.
This scene will always be one of my favourites ever since I was small this was on of my favourite ones and when Goku was holding goten goten looked so cute (I mean goten is always cute but still)
