Do you have to reseal the stainless after you clean it?
If the client wants, I apply Nyalic or ProtectaClear after the laser clean.
I am considering a mobil service in the U.S. Any problems you have encountered that I should watch out for? Also, are most of your customers commercial or mixed? Thanks for your help.
I’d love one for just at home. Only if they made affordable ones
Yeah true depends on what you class as affordable. Chinese ones are around USD$30,0000.
Hi it depends on what machine you have really. Mine is nano second pulsed and I use 100% power 30kHz frequency mode 0 and 22Omm focus
Hello, if it’s not a secret)) what settings in kHz and nanoseconds did you set to clean stainless steel equipment in order to clean the stainless steel without scratching or dulling it? Thank you in advance.
How much do you charge for a job such as this? I am very interested in your business and would like to talk with you about it some time if you are willing!
I am in NZ and charge $250/hr.
👌
Sar ji paint nikaalne ke liye machine chahie
Great demonstrations. Can I ask how long it took to pay off the machine through your work?
Thanks mate. Only $300k NZD to go…for the entire business set up cost. So it will be a while.
Did purchase multiple units or just one? Have you ran into any mechanical issues with the laser?
@@acampbell3720 just the one. I had an issue with a cable twist shortly after I got it but nothing since
Hi, I'm just starting a new laser cleaning business and purchased a 200w pulse machine. Would you have any issues sharing some settings as there were no settings with my machine. Would there be any issues cleaning stainless steel steriliser chambers without damaging the surface, I think it could be a good business, what do you think.
For stainless you need to keep the focus out around 200mm. Frequency around 30kHZ and 💯 power
Is there a website? Are you promoting the service or the equipment?
I am a mobile service www.ecolasersolutions.nz/
That’s Nyalic to protect it from further contamination.
What did you roll on at the end of video?
300W
What power pulse laser are you using?
Mate, l think l'm gonna toss the wire brush......😂 Couldn't stop grinnin
do the parts have a danger of warping?
No it’s really safe. I really want one
Hello.Super good results ! What type /model of laser cleaning machine do you use ? You can help me with this info, please ?
I use a 300W Narran machine
I have a fume extractor And a Pullman vacuum depending on what I am working on. Sometimes a fan behind me is enough.
hello. as I understand it, this is a 300 watt pulsed laser cleaner, and how many MJ are in this model? and tell me, when cleaning, the resulting debris-particles are simultaneously sucked through the hose, and what kind of suction device do you use, a construction vacuum cleaner or a special smoke cleaner? Thank you in advance.
Not sure of the MJ sorry. I use a fume extractor or a Pullman vacuum depending on whats being cleaned.

Que máquinas usan ... ? O las fabrican en NZ ... ?
Hola, esta máquina está fabricada por Naran en la República Checa.
Los conozco ... hay una copia china de Narran ... pero no tienen buenos comentarios respecto a sus equipos ...
hay copias chinas de todo lo que tiene malas criticas amigo
Super machine great job how much does this machine cost???
Hi it depends where you are based. This machine is built in Europe. I live in New Zealand so pay premium due to importing through a supplier in Australia. I can tell you they aren’t cheap and this cost me in the $100’s K.
Price ?
I don't sell them sorry I am a mobile service in NZ
Pero cuanto pagaste tú por la maquina?
What tool is that?
How do you price jobs? Thanks
By the nano-second.
By the hour normally around $250
Take that grafiti!
Yeah you little son of a.
My laser kind of does a zheoow, psss gggggg, (Rice Krispies in milk) hiss with overbearing generator noise! Good stuff! Laser Cleaning Alabama wishes all the pioneers great success in this industry!
Does it have the sound of people enjoying a cool beverage and hot meal in the background like mine. And people looking at you wondering why you are making this noise into your phone?
What wattage are you using?
300W
its narran laser?
Yes correct 300W
beautiful video, thank you for the demonstration and we wish you many happy customers
What is the capacity of this machine
Which laser cleaning machine did you use?
Hei, how can i start with this? going place to place? From Norway
También se puede quitar la pintura principal con esa máquina
The shaking of the machine is how many watts
Pulse laser? What wattage?
I have a few dumb questions. Is the surface hot after the cleaning? IF you have your hand there and slips does it burn your skin? I see you have eye protection but if it reflects from a shiney surface and someone is there with out glasses does it instanty blind you?
They aren’t dumb mate. The surface heat depends on the settings on the machine. Yes it can get hot. But this can be avoided with different parameters. Class 4 lasers are not safe for contact with the skin or eyes. Eye protection should be worn by the operator and any observers.
@@ecolasersolutions8769 thank you. Do you mean by class 4 the watts? And the paterns are the shape the way the lazer cleans right? Since i see that the frequency can be changet by most machines what does it count how many watts there are? Is the frequency setting how deep the lazer cleans? And the bigger the watts the less time it takes to go threw a layer? Sorry for my English.
The class is determined by the power. 300W Making it a class 4. Skin burns and eye damage is possible. Frequency is the time between the pluses. The mode set is the duration of the pulse. These setting can affect the heat and amount of layers removed in a pass. The more powerful the machine in Watts the more capable it is of removing thicker contamination and moving faster through the cleaning applications.
@@ecolasersolutions8769 thank You!
Hi there. Very interesting demo! Am I correct that you are using a pulsed laser here vs a CW (Continuous Wave)? May I ask specs on watts and nm of this unit?
Yes correct I use a Narran 300W nano second pulsed laser 1064nm.
@ecolasersolutions8769 Thank you. I'm curious, do you think that of you moved up to say a 1000 watt laser by Narran that it would be more efficient in removing the mineral deposits and capable if removing heavier build-up over greater surface areas? Say 1/8 inch thickness?
Yes it would be faster for sure. 1/8 inch is around 3mm. That’s quite thick but it depends on what the contamination is. What’s it’s being removed from and how long it’s been there.
@ecolasersolutions8769 Thank you. I understand. Basically the same material you are cleaning off of the stainless steel. Hard water deposits made of line and calcium carbonate. Say 1/16" to 1/8" thick. It looked like the area below the spigot had heavier build up but that section was ommited from your video. I'd like to use it to clean ceramic and glass tile and the grout lines. What do you think? Maybe a 2000w laser?
You can’t generate too much heat with tiles and grout as they crack so can’t have too much power. Plus the cost of these machines are a major consideration. Narran have a dealer in the US. They can give you pricing. Sit down though.
Really unimpressive. I've seen laser cleaning videos that projects a bright beam that evaporates paints and rust instantly, and no use for brush
Go back to watching them Jatwangkaismyname.
hello, what is the price of this machine thank you in advance.
Missed a huge spot at the sprout.
Laser cleaning with one hand holding a camera through continuously running water not ideal. It didn’t get missed but cheers for checking it out.
I need contact info fir purchase
Where are you located mate?
@@ecolasersolutions8769 Pennsylvania USA
Ok cool. Hit these guys up. They build the machine I have. laserforcleaning.com/
@@ecolasersolutions8769 thanks
Wow that’s great. Is this an option for cleaning fibre glass or perhaps too hot?
I've been wondering the same thing.
good job 👏
Laser cleaning has a great potential future and thanks for your effort to let more people know it
Thanks very much.
how do you make the pricing ? Per time, size of the item?
Hourly rate
I was trying to find oil removal from concrete, thanks for sharing. What wattage is that machine?
That machine is a 300W
@@ecolasersolutions8769 Thanks.
Is this 300w machine a gaussian beam style or Tophat. I'm looking to start a laser cleaning business. What beam profile would you recommend?
@ecolasersolutions8769 Have you found that oil stains come out completely most of the time? My CW laser cleaner doesn't achieve the same level of clean on concrete as this video shows.
