I was going to work in 1973 and came across a massive crowd around the Duluth, Minnesota Arena. Turns out it was people going to a Sha-Na-Na concert. Wow. Still goin'.

At 80yo, I remember in the 1990’s going to Hershey Park to see the oldies shows including Bowzer’s shows. Thanks for posting this video, it brings tears to my eyes and happy memories once again to my life.

Watching not so much the performers 50 years or more after their heyday, but remembering their legacy. Brave of many of them to get up and perform in front of an audience. Without an MC, we would have a hard time of recognizing many of them. But congratulations to all of them for triggering our memories and recreating their hits...

Of course Sha Na Na fans know this, but how many others know that Bowzer entered Julliard at age 12 for his piano playing? Loved his baritone voice, but my favorite was Dr. Scott Powell aka Santini.

I was not at this show, but I did see them in 2021 @ Foxwoods. True, they do not sound like they did in the late 70’s, 80’s, etc. I have seen them several times over their stellar career & they still sound better than some of the musical acts of today. Their body of music will stand the test of time. If you are a musician and have an opportunity to either talk to them or play with them, you should. IMO they do not get the recognition they deserve regarding their contribution to music. Thank you for the music Daryl & John as Hall & Oates & as solo musicians. Your music is the sound track to my teenage years & 20’s. ❤🎤🎶

I absoletly love do wop music. I wasn't a teenagers in the 50s but love this music and the harmonies.

Lead singers are drowned out by the loudness of the band

You know Jethro Tull has dozens of other songs besides Locomotive Breath? Yet I see video after tiresome video showing this song being done live!

I have loved Jethro Tull since I was 16. Tull was my 1st concert. While the music still sounds great, Ian Anderson can no longer sing.

Many times they are over looked, the back up musicians are excellent, true professionals!.

I had no idea Tull was still performing. Im going to have to start googling these people for concert dates.
