Great job cuestion is any problem if i dint use compresor bag air?

I tested oil pressure on my 07 xterra and then after I could never completely tighten my oil pressure sensor and it would leak a bit. Any ideas? I currently have the hole plugged with a bolt a bit larger than the sensor diameter.

Thank you for the video! Currently on my 08 Armada with towing package, I notice that whenever in hauling a car trailer it tends to over sag at the rear. I recently replaced both rear air suspension and it did solve the issue slightly but still have over sagging. I can hear the compressor turn on when I first start the vehicle and throughout driving. I know it’s hard to diagnose over a comment but any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

In the beginning of your video at 8:25 you are showing incorrectly installed old level sensor. At the end of the video you are installing a new one correctly. Hope that fixed your problem.

I totally missed what shock you went with ... the air ride on mine is blown out and the truck has way to much camber i need to swap it out asap ..

Wouldn’t have it been much easier if you just took the rear drivers side tire off and reach in there? It’s still tight but battery sitting than laying.

33:40 you have to use a flat screw driver to push the red base and pull the hoses easily

When you change the module that you had 7 vdc with the new one did you had 12 vdc after ?

At least you can actually REACH the bolt with the wrench….I’ve got a 2006 Pathfinder and I was able to get ONE of the bolts loosened all the way but the other bolt? I can not for the life of me figure out how to get it loose with the wrench….any advice you may could offer would be GREATLY appreciated..

man that car looks just like mine about 7 days in got two more bolts left for one side.

At 3:53 that latch for me accidentally closed before I was able to attach the striker. Do you know how to get it to go back to normal

14mm gear wrench is a must. Probably save half the time here or more.

What size is the bolt.

Did you try adjusting the calibration screw in the gauge?

Apparently if you remove your rear tire driver side, you have a better angle to get to the filter..

Great vid - thank you for posting. One comment, I would have slathered anti-seize over every bolt. I'm waiting to hear back from my mechanic on my 2007 as it looks like the rear sub frame rotted out where the alignment bolts are located. If I had room and time, this video would give me the confidence to tackle it myself!

My wife has a 2004 Pathfinder and she got a p0455 code (evap gross leak, large evap leak). Took to the dealer, they changed charcoal canister, vent valve, purge valve. Then p0455 code went away, then we got p1456 code (small evap leak). Dealer then changed gas cap, still got p1456 code. Took back to dealer after 1 month, they charged $185 diagnostic fee, said it was stuck vent valve. I researched, bought new fuel tank pressure sensor and vent valve. I installed both, still got p1456 code. On my work day off, I got under car, removed canister (I tested it, good). I noticed rubber hose coming from gas tank to canister was stretchy, so I bought new fuel hose. I cut back a little bit of the purge line rubber hose (it was stretchy). Also I bought new clamps (ones where you use screwdriver to tighten). Installed the new fuel hose (that connects to the canister), 3 new clamps for the 3 hoses that attach to the canister (vent, purge and fuel). Bingo!!! No more codes pop up (no more CEL check engine light). No more evap leaks. Hope this helps somebody.

Did you end up not going with Teflon tape and the gasket maker, and also the spec sheet said 4-1/2 on the oil?

i got same car. my car shuts off and on. engine still run and radio still on. cant gas and i need to warm up car for 15min so it can read and im guessing its the sensor.

Do you need to drain the oil if you’re only replacing the sensor pressor?
