Ron Wood should never have gone to play with the Rolling Stones as evidenced in this video. He was at his best when he was in the Faces. Mick Jagger is both a creep and a lousy musician.
I must say as an American, I loved this song by the Temptations. But when Rod Stewart,Ron Wood, and the the rest of these British gits, adapted this song, wow is all I can say.
I was lucky that I was born in 1953. I remember seeing and hearing Chuck Berry, Elvis,Little Richard,Jerry Lee Lewis,Eddie Cochran,Gene Vincent et al. Back in the 1950s. And then the amazing decade of the 1960s to experience even more amazing music. ROD Stewart and Ron Wood were and are still a big part of that music. I just wish that Jimmy Page would get back to work. But with his millions,I guess that he doesn't feel the incentive. I can't knock the guy.He has contributed so much to pop culture and music.
Absolutely fantastic ,what an incredible band and performance ,Rod Stewart was such a great singer and I think all the work he did with The Faces was outstanding . Kenny Jones ,what a great drummer ,but Wood ,Laine and Mclaglan are all such brilliant musicians ,such a shame they didn't stay together for a while longer .RIP dear Laine and Mclaglan.
You know', I completely forgot that this was the Faces', I've always just thought of it as Rod Stewart', my mom used to have these records and I would jam when she put one on as she cleaned the house' and I would just rock back and forth on the couch', jamming out', along with some CCR etc.., and I was just a toddler, damn''''''', Happy Days''' those were'.
Ronnie...
Detroit, Motown, The Temptations, Rare Earth, The Faces: Rod & Ron ! This is soul.

What always grabs me is that Nasty Ass tone...
Ronnie Wood played in the greatest rock-n-roll band in the world, and then he joined the Rolling Stones
I was 7 when Ronnie was 17….. I’m kinda a lifelong fan of him and his mates…! Look what’s happening now, I’m not “ ANGRY” , I’m just a fan…..

Sir Ronnie wood.
I was 18 when the Faces released this.I'll be 70 in April and this song still kicks ass!!!
Ronnie Wood is wasted on the Stones - played better with his best mate Rod. The faces were a force of nature x
