Madison went to hell where she learned that her actions have consequences, she got a second chance at life and she redem herself. Don’t forget she discovered Dina betrayed which lead to the witches beating Michael. Yes I believe she was brought back because of her actions in apocalypse she’s probably a recruit in Hollywood or Teacher working on her path to council.
