Another family favorite remake and since they were barely 1 carb I added a little cheze and extra sauce!! Carbs- 1.66 Fat- 4 Protein- 4 {next time I'm adding the pea crumbles}

Oh My!! I snuck a taste getting my thumbnail shot and lord a mercy!! Whew weeee! This is probably one of the best low carb meals I have ever invented!! Wow! If you have any questions ask away! SIMPLE summer dish Dressing~Peanut Spice 1/2 c nut butter 1/3 c lime juice zest of 1 lime 1/4 c soy sauce or tamari 1/4 c plant milk 2 T sesame oil 2 T Lakanto Keto maple syrup substitute OR 2 T brown swerve with 1 T water 2 tsp chili past 1/2 tsp chili oil 1-2 cloves garlic minced 1/4-1/2 tsp ginger or a small piece of grated stevia to sweeten if desired.

Is it safe to water bath can this recipe to mate or shelf stable?
I don't think it is shelf stable we finish ours pretty quickly so I have no idea how long it would last!

It wasn't rainy today and it was AH MAZING!!!! O M G> Make it quickly. If you don't want to use the Franks hot sauce use some tomato paste with water and spices! Some people don't like it so spicy!

Perfect amounts. I like to make dressings in the bottom of the salad bowl and then I toss the salad on top of it. These would be wonderful for doing that.

How did you make it?
Exactly the way you would make regular gravy. Use the drippings from something you fried {in my case tofu drippings} and fry up the lupin flour. Then add either water or a milk substitute! Then just allow it to thicken. I also use faux chicken cubes to really enhance the flavor!
