THIS. This is the scene that made me believe Home Alone’s John Hughes could direct the live action Lilo and Stitch. I think the only thing here that would've been cut out was Stitch using Lilo as a human shield, because at this point of his story and character development, that is completely out of his character. I prefer more of Stitch pushing Lilo out of the harm's way like he did in the final cut.

I hear so many saying that it was cut for being "too violent". Which it is a little. But I don't think that was the main issue really. The issue was more of the fact that Jumba and Stitch are by all means "absolutely insane". Not only did they not care for the amount of damaged caused in the home, but zero care for Lilo's life either. If they kept this version, I'd be shock to see Lilo forgive Stitch, as well as Nani being okay with Jumba coming around at the house at the end. The edited version, while tamer shows that some of the damage was by accident as well as Jumba realizing that the gun was gonna blow.
