This is pure disgusting. I personally have stayed with the lovely Chaudhuri family at their beautiful home and felt nothing but love and respect. given whatever false allegations you have made, I was present for this pujo as well and I can say confidently that nothing of this sort took place. This is clearly made to defame and undermine caring home stay owners and ruin small businesses. Durga pujo is an auspicious occasion, one where we devote ourselves to pay respects to our mother. A home stay, by definition, is an accommodation that allows visitors to be a part of the family that is welcoming them. It sounds like not only did you fail your education that you spent so much money on, you have disrespected those who have welcomed our mother with some demeaning energy.

Just came across this video on UA-cam and was surprised! I stay in Dublin, Ireland and have visited this place 4 times in a row including this year, and it is just really astonishing that you’ve written something like this about the hospitality and service of this place. As someone who comes back every year during Durga Pujo, I can vouch that this place is amazing, the staff are so sweet and the service is 10/10. Would request you to do better research before entering heritage properties like these rather than spreading false rumours about places. Also, genuine question, if your experience was that bad why would you wait till the last day to check out? Amusing and disgusting at the same time.

Just to clarify, I’m not connected to the family in any way-just a random stranger who happened to stumble upon this vlog because I purely love staying in unique experiences and my stay at Amadpur Bari was a bliss this week! But I couldn’t resist chiming in because, honestly, the whole situation is downright hilarious. Imagine paying ₹9,000 a night on DURGA PUJO for a rajbari stay and then acting like you’re entitled to five-star hotel service. Trust me it’s their kindness that they even hosted you for such a low rate on Pujo!! Did you think you were checking into the Ritz Carlton or something? Because it’s called a “home stay” for a reason, and if you didn’t realize that, the problem is entirely on you. Let me break it down for you: home stays come with rules that reflect the traditions and cultural nuances of the place. If you didn’t bother to understand that and instead went ahead and insulted the family hosting you, the joke is entirely on you. It’s not just that you disrespected the hosts; you managed to embarrass yourselves while trampling all over the local customs. To be honest, if I had a home stay, I wouldn’t let people with such a lack of basic respect even set foot on the property.
