I have no idea if he had chance or not but what amaze me everything what Reid said is actually truth. I read o lot of stuffs about brain and psychology this is how your brain works
I will admit. This is one of the most interesting scenes. When you have a monster confronted by, quite possibly, the truth. Did he have a chance to turn out different? Who knows really. Probably did. BUT. Those chances, even if they existed, were squandered. The chances, were likely very few and far in between, if they existed. And making the right choice that would lead to more good choices, that can be really hard for some. Especially if they don't pay more attention and learn to put themselves in better situations. Making lots of hard decisions in very unfavorable circumstances is tough and requires practice. Practice is what makes making the right choices a bit more easier. As well as guidance. Hard is also not impossible. Given the likely situations he was put in, it would likely have been very hard to turn out different. But not impossible.
@@CharlieZukothis is super late but you can kind of tell when he starts going deep into what the hypothalamus is that he was bluffing for time. He was spitballing random facts instead of actually trying to psychoanalyze or draw conclusions about the perp. Damn I remember how intense this scene was. I was really scared for Reid and Hotch. This guy creeped me out. Only at Reids last line I understood how nerve wracking these minutes were and how he saved them both so intelligently. Great show!
As Reid states, Chester mentioned earlier that he “WANTED to know why he was different”. So it’s not that weird the Chester would listen as Reid provides a detailed explanation to a question he’s always asked himself.
Ms.Scorpio Erica Same here, I liked that Reid managed to talk for 13 mintunes until the guards came, but I would’ve loved to watch Hotch beat the unsunb up
And make no mistake about it, Hotch was not intimidated by this fucker at all. And from what i could tell he was entirely prepared to go to that dudes ass and handle business. You could see him watching every flinch and move he made. Making sure he wasn't going to get caught off guard.
@@najajohnson450 I wanted the two of them to kill him. I even hate the actor who played that asshole. Based on what I've read of his career, he's worked a lot, but he's an asshole.
a guy with a 187 IQ, perfect memory, like a million PHD's, can read 20,000 words per minute and can do pretty much anything just by using the powers of his mind without the need of brain food, brain stimulation or drugs or other methods of improving IQ any further, i want him on my team someday
I do love this! He kept the fight away through stating facts about him and his psychology and that got his attention long enough for the guards to come.
Very good example of schizophrenia. Those be blessed and grateful to have peace of mind.
Wat season and episode
"I dunno, maybe." Dr. Reid's best mic drop 🎤
I would've loved to see Hotch kick that bastard's ass.

Reid could talk himself out of anything
0:43 I literally love her voice sm
She should be a voice actress
Sounds very mousey
I love how Morgan keeps his eye on Reid the entire time , while they're talking about the unsubs schizophrenia
I am glad how they care about each other
That older woman’s eyes are SO blue
And her voice is so adorable
"Since schizophrenic breaks usually occur near early 20s, we believe he is around this age." *Camera focuses on Reid.*
Hilarious 😂 but that's an actual fact.
Poor Alfalfa :(

Season 3 Episode 14 "Damaged"
1:32 I love when Reid bullshits his way through a situation
I don’t think he was BSing, though. He said “I don’t know, maybe” at the end to piss off the guy.

What season and episode?
I think it’s season 6
Season?
6
Reid gave the guy what he wanted. An excuse to not make a move on Hotch and still sorta save face. Because Hotch was definitely not a victim.
*squeals at pitches unknown to man while staring at Reid* I LOVE YOU SO MUCH BAE
What season and ep?
Just Some Lunatic Without a Mustache I know it is s6 but I don’t know the episode
Ep 19
Schizophrenics are not criminals
This wasn’t a generalization, just one individual whose schizophrenia is directly connected with the reason they commit their crimes.

great intense scene BUT hotch was about to kick the shit out of this idiot before reeds speech so I saw no real danger!!
no fear - Hotch would have dealt with it
I love how he ended it with ‘I don’t know, maybe.’ This guy must be kicking himself
❤❤
He went on for 13 minutes?
morganlafaysolo leave it to Reid to diagnose and breakdown someone mentally and entirely in 13 mins
I'm more impressed by the fact that the jail guy didn't cut him off having in mind that EVERYBODY else do it
As Reid states, Chester mentioned earlier that he “WANTED to know why he was different”. So it’s not that weird the Chester would listen as Reid provides a detailed explanation to a question he’s always asked himself.
Why, Reid!? Why'd you distract him? I wanted to see Hotch kick his ass!
Piece of shit: is that true I never had a chance Spencer reid: I dont know maybe Good for you reid out smarted that piece of shit 💯🙂
I like how this frail old man thought he could somehow manage to kill two FBI agents in less than 15 minuets bare handed.
Actually the actor that plays Reid is like 6ft 1
@@rachelferiz7893 really? I didn't know that
