In my case the computer doesn’t show the phone so no recovery mode 😕 so the phone charges in other case but on pc doesn’t show how to access the recovery mode ?

Thanks you soo much, we had someone who'd forgotten their Samsung account password and the phone number it was associated with to recover the account was no longer in service. I am not sure how or why connecting it to a PC works but it did!
