I’m torned between having a 7 figure business and the memory of being a corporate executive. In my mind running a 7 figures biz means running teams, procedures, processes, targets etc. And I left the corporate World because I did not feel aligned with that kind of life.

How do you show up so calm on camera? As soon as I turn on my camera, my energy goes up and I start talking quickly. It feels chaotic when my camera is on and I want my viewers to feel calm but I’m showing up super chaotic 😩

I love this thanks and am fully inspired and started my Notion version already. I must say that the first time I tried Notion I gave up! The second time I had your course to guide and show me the way and since then I've been hooked! I find the creativity of planning in Notion so much fun but very practical too. I don't know what I did before it so thank you x

Thank you Laura this was perfect timing! I'm in a low paid role for my experience (post pandemic desperation!) which with the amount of responsibility that comes with it is preventing me from really getting going with coaching. I went part-time a few months ago but still hasn't help ease anything up for me to move forwards if anything I'm working harder on.less days!. And as you say it's a huge part of my identity so navigating that too is a little scary . . . Have a family too but ultimately just want to help people through coaching! Sorry for the rant !! x

I am 100% into building a cosy coaching business. The ‘7 figure business’ is a turnoff for me, as well as anxiety inducing. Your topics are so useful. Thank you! I was part of a coaching program in the past that used Voxer coaching as "Voxer Days" where the coach had a week of voxer coaching available for, say 5 hours a day, to a group. It was very fun to be a part of, and it enabled her to coach a group. (maybe 3-12 women) together. I love the idea of Voxer coaching, too.

Great conversation with some good advice and tips. Like her advice about starting where you are and developing as you go along.
