Hey, my name's is Rémy Cotting and I am a mixed martial artist!
Some of my video are going to be in English and some others in french!
Since i started martial art i had the honnor to train with many legend of the sports! Some of them very famous and others not that much!
My goal is to share my passion with some serious vidéo and also some funny one!
I'm a Kempo Black belt and a big fan of Muay thaï and MMA.
Titles and self Accomplishment:
- 1st World Kempo championship (Kempo contact) international champion! (2023)

Here we go final in Kempo contact! Switzerland VS Ireland! 75 KG Vs 85 KG! Very hard fight where i had to use all my defense techniques against his dangerous boxing techniques and powerfull punches in order to bring back this belt!

Highlights of My First Grappling Competition! This is how you level up as a mixed martial artist! By training and fighting! It dosen't matter the results all that matters is to improve your game. Even if i finished 3rd i m very proud because no one has submitted me and no one could take me down! And most important i know what to work on next! ;)

Looks like you spelled Buakaw wrong.
I love flowing with no gear the Thai way. It keeps everything super light and technical by necessity rather than by agreement (which frequently gets broken).
Yeah I love it too! You can only spar like that with peopel from a certain level otherwise you will injured yourself or your partner...That should be your goal when you practice in my opinion. Full control 😉

Trying get my half English half Thai 12 year old daughter into this. She tik tok brain and lazy.
I don't know if this can help you but this is what i would do if i have a daughter and want her to do Muay Thaï: I would send her in to a Muay Thaï camp for 2 weeks/1 month without phone learning his culture and Muay Thaï and would probably go with and train! Maybe she will not like it but it s never bad to go out of your comfort zone...She will learn a lot of herself! ;) Make it a challenge and playfull!

5:49 He could do that, but every time I've seen some no name trying to go hard on him he turns it up to like 70-80% and completely humiliates the opponent, which is more classy and just further proves how nice of guy Saenchai really is, but your point stands indeed it's not a good idea to try to hurt him.
