From my experience, the operation of the technology offered is inadequate, and customer support is non-existent. Despite purchasing the full package with a "premium" subscription, I am unable to use the product due to a strange issue during the initial account setup in the Xplora app. Moreover, my issue request #1575193, submitted over 5 days ago, remains unresolved. There is no one available by phone or chat. How do you imagen to survive with such low level of communication services? How can parents trust you to track their child if there is nobody for real in charge from your side? 😞

.My SIM card doesn't work. It is the SIM card that asks for a quar code. I don't know where to get it... can anyone help?

Hey Sten, while your initial idea was good, your Products seem not yet be there yet. Basically that's not a really critical issue as long as you care & listen to your customers and ensure your support team ia able to handle all the trouble. While you've been some kind of a pioneer in this market, you obviously recognized the competitors are not sleeping to get their piece of the cake. its more than time to state how you're going to solve the the big amount of technical problems your products have - leading to many disappointed kids & parents out there.

It just does not work like this. We have been tinkering for around two hours now and becsuse there are no information whats NOT happening when it doesen't work we are here looking for clues on youtube. Honestly I don't even know what to expect. We are trying to just make a call, send a message and see the units position but all we see are film reels promoting step counter and "adventures"
