Thanks a lot! In my case I removed the sd card as well and noticed the contacts were not quite clean (slight corrosion?) and scraped them gently. After putting putting back the card, I got things working! This video shows more details on how to exactly remove the sd card and place it back: ua-cam.com/video/WRkUIDxwyik/v-deo.html
I fixed mine by fluke by wiggling the memory card. I suspect it has corroded connections. Too bad TC Electronics / Behringer doesn't let us all know how to fix it.
Wanna hear something stupid? My Ditto4x bricked up, I saw online that it might have something to do with the memory card, I opened the back and tried to take it out but it’s locked in and I didn’t have the tool so I gave up and put it back together and the fucker worked. I did nothing other than move the card back and forth. I don’t even know if I fixed it or it was coincidence, but (knock on wood) it’s still working. Edit: Oh, I commented before I watched; you did the exact same thing! (And thx, your explanation helps me understand why it happened to begin with.)
I have a separate issue, but wondering if it has something to do with the little card too. Pedal is kinda glitchy. At times when layering loop 2 and then overdubbing, instead of the overdub happening, the loop will just flash very quickly, continue playing, if pressed again, loop will stop. Weird. Doesn't happen every time. I don't think I have the screws to disassemble but wondering if I should buy. Any advice would be appreciated!
it didn't work for me , crap :( I've followed the directions, and the light is blinking red, but it does not change status. All the lights are on. No change. shit.
That worked for me too. Thanks. I pushed card in. How do you stop this from happening again? Anyway you can force card to stay in place? I love those multi coloured foot switches as I find the unit sensitive. What are those buttons and how did you cut the hole so it fits over the switches?
This is awesome! It worked for me. My pedal was unused for over a year until i saw this video. I can only guess the contacts become oxidized and the very slight movement is all that is needed to clear it. Thanks for posting.
Man . I Bought mine off fb market place. Got it home and it was doing the same thing. I paid alot of money getting it fixed. (They probably just did this) then when it did it again i just did this and fixed the issue.. i was SO relieved. Thank you so much
Thank You!!! You Rock and T C Electronic SUCKS!!!!! NO Customer service! How hard would it be for them to post your vid on their page and send you some $$$ and have everyone go away HAPPY? Thank you !!!

You are God to me. thank you!
Thank you!!! This really helped me out!
Many thanks, solved my persistent flashing of loop1 led @ startup (and unable to empty loops by pressing Stop button for >2 sec.).
Thank you Jose!! Great info!!!! Worked like a charm.

Thank you , this fix worked for me. Rehearsals back on track with minimal disruption 🙂
Great vid. I got the red light inside to start blinking, now it is all green lights instead of all yellow. Any ideas what might be the issue?
This didn’t work for me at all
very helpful, tanks
That bg music is SO appropriate for this video topic from what I've seen on forums. THANK YOU!!!!

you are a genius... and your choice of background music was quite appropriate!!!
It worked for one of my dead units but not the other. I had to get an extra small torx bit to get the screws out
