@Xplosive - Track and Field Headwinds can easily offset your time by over a second. I don’t know about 12, but even if this was a slight headwind that still means 13 was achievable.
@@peterparker1724 on the basis of what data are you making these confident pronouncements? Without reference to the speed of the headwind, stats on the average 100m sprint time for someone with the talent to run a 3 h marathon, and the nature of this guy's natural sprinting ability?
