Stormwater Remediation Efforts on Range Road, Squam Lake
Переглядів 6875 місяців тому
A reinforced stone infiltration trench was built at the base of Range Road to capture and clean stormwater. This infiltration trench will collect stormwater in a stabilized area, slowing its flow and speed, and allowing it to settle through the rocks. Slowing the water's speed allows it to filter through the infiltration trench while removing sediment. This project will help preserve and protec...

Hello dear! I visited your UA-cam channel I have watched many videos but your videos are different from all, very beautiful, interesting, and timely. Especially your speaking and persuasion skills are excellent. But the videos were likely to get thousands of views. 1. I've analyzed your video and it seems that SEO is not done properly. As a result, UA-cam's algorithm is also failing to deliver impressions to the right people. 2. And videos are not shared on social media. Sharing videos from UA-cam gives the UA-cam algorithm a green signal for videos. As a result, the impression increases day by day. Note: UA-cam and Google recommend videos for SEO and sharing. SEO the videos properly and share them on social media as much as possible. You will get good results very quickly. If you need consultation on this, you can schedule a Zoom meeting for free! Greetings!
Nice job, Cole, updating the community regarding the latest invasive species. The video is well done and to the point.
Worthless
That’s awesome! What does SLA plan to do with the old Millie? Might have to take the trek up to NH and say goodbye to it haha
Can’t wait… we hike it every year
Absolutely gorgeous presentation my friend 🔥🔥
Crossbow spray is the only effective way to get rid of multiflora rose, I am an expert I have fighting the plant my whole life. You cannot get rid of it by hand you will need a trackhoe or a skidsteer with a brush grinder. She did a great job of helping you identify the the plant but everything else is bullshit
ههه
Are these what i think it is or tadpoles
:) good video
I dont like them, too many thorns and will take over an area fast. I will start cutting them totally down I used to just trim them like once or twice a year
Is this resistant for fusarium wilt and nematode
It is incredible, save environment and our money in the same time plus give us great compost material to growing plants :-) Good job.
LIKE.
This is an excellent identification video. Thank you so much for your efforts!
I'm always heartbroken thinning out the bittersweet nightshade. This is a perfect way to make use of the vines and honor the plant. <3
You mean to tell me goats don’t get the thorns stuck in their tongues?
Great info! This has helped me tremendously to identify both native & invasive types on my property, have been struggling with this for years. Thank you!
That’s so cool man. This video deserves more views
You're awesome!
How did I get to this
Great video. How close should wood ducks be? I live back on a swamp, but I don't want to put them too close.
Me whos intentionally growing this rose: hmm interesting
Have you thought about growing native roses instead? Also, I'm curious why are you intentionally growing multiflora rose?
@@lotusholistichealing well I haven’t found any native roses in my area, the only ones I’ve seen are canina, rugosa multiflora, and hybrids of those. I’m actually planning on growing the multiflora for a rootstock because I want to try grafting for the first time
I'm rooting them as well right now,can you not use this rose as you do all other Rose's as far as the hips, petals etc,as well I plan to use what I believe are the Carolina rose growing here as well, plus the fragrance of the multiflora is out of this world
@@Jimdandy-w8c So is the fragrance of honeysuckle, but I still want to remove it.
Are you still happy with the decision to plant these? I’m in NE FL and want them for security and privacy, nosy neighbors, etc
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Nice video!
The IRS has repeatedly warned that partners involved in targeted syndicated conservation easements face the imposition of penalties, which could include: · An accuracy-related penalty under section 6662 (calculated in many cases at a 40 percent rate) · Alternatively, an accuracy-related penalty under section 6662A (calculated at either the 20 percent rate or 30 percent rate in the case of a non disclosed transaction). · The 75 percent civil fraud penalty under section 6663, in appropriate cases. Lance Wallach receives hundreds of calls annually to help people fight the IRS and get their money back from the promoters of these scams. The IRS previously identified certain syndicated conservation easements as “listed transactions” under Notice 2017-10-specifically, transactions for which investors in pass-through entities receive promotional material offering the possibility of a charitable contribution deduction worth at least two and half times their investment. Today’s release indicates that for many of these transactions, the deduction taken is significantly higher than 250% of the investment. Syndicated Conservation easements were included on the IRS’s 2019 “dirty dozen” list of tax scams to avoid. Contact Lance Wallach before it's too late. 516-236-8440 Wallachinc@gmail.com
Conservation easements and Captive insurance, here comes the IRS With the increased reporting requirements, IRS audits of CONSERVATION easement transactions have greatly increased. Instead of working collaboratively with taxpayers to seek a reasonable resolution, Revenue Agents are being directed to disallow deductions no matter what. With a high percentage of cases headed to litigation, taxpayers need to take every step to protect themselves now. Contact the office of Lance Wallach 516-236-8440 wallachinc@gmail.com
On Monday, December 21, 2020, Stein and Corey Agee of Atlanta, Georgia entered guilty pleas in federal court to conspiracy charges related to their roles in syndicated conservation easement transactions. These are the first guilty pleas related to the continuing IRS and Department of Justice criminal investigations across the country pertaining to easement transactions. In December 2017, the IRS issued Notice 2017-10, designating certain syndicated conservation easements as “listed transactions,” which are subject to significant scrutiny. The IRS has since announced syndicated conservation easement transactions as an area of focus for enforcement, by launching a Large Business & International Division (“LB&I”) compliance campaign in September 2018 and by including these transactions on the IRS’s annual “Dirty Dozen” list of tax scams in 2019 and 2020. In November 2019, with IR-2019-182, the IRS announced a “significant increase in enforcement actions,” explaining that coordinated examinations were being conducted by three IRS divisions: LB&I, Small Business & Self-Employed (“SBSE”), and Tax Exempt and Government Entities (“TGE”). The IRS also noted that it was working closely with the Department of Justice to pursue wrongdoers. The IRS explained they would be casting a broad net, pursuing those who promoted, assisted (e.g., appraisers and return prepayers), or participated in the transactions. Increased enforcement has resulted in many IRS victories in conservation easement cases. On October 1, 2020, IRS news release IR-2020-228 emphasized the IRS’s continued efforts to combat abusive syndicated conservation easement transactions. Lance Wallach has received hundreds of phone calls to fight the IRS and sue the promoters of these easement scams. call 516-236-8440. As an expert witness Lance Wallach has never lost a case.
