Can hear the frustration in your voice. The glory days for easy (send pins forward) money for distros in Europe is over. Noone will buy these games for current prices in Scandinavia. I don´t know how you are but the sweidsh JJP distro is for sure mental and think he can have his own laws. Distrubution of pins needs to change and prices aswell. Market is totally flooded. Just the reality for now.

We are all happy with the new version, as its potential has finally been recognized. However, it is unfortunate that this version has been stripped of emulators, and the reason for this is unclear. After all, ECS computers are sometimes better and more affordably equipped with turbo cards than AGA-based systems like the CD32 or Amiga 1200. This creates significant confusion in version labeling, as version 2.7 for AGA is not necessarily equivalent to version 2.7 for ECS. The newly released version also has an issue with the sound card functionality. There is no sound, even when using the dedicated "modules" file for the PRELUDE sound card. In contrast, the ALPHA version is much more reliable-everything works! The only adjustment I had to make was to manually disable the library for the 040 processor at startup, which is the sole positive difference in the new version. However, the lack of sound is a major drawback, forcing the use of external audio connections. Sometimes, it just isn’t worth it

I miss my old Amiga Hardware. Started with an A500 and it was great. Then I got an A2000 and was able to move some of the stuff I had in my A500 over. This included the DKB Mini Mega Chip, 2mb Agnus, siper Denise and 3.1 ROMs (since the A500 and A2000 used the same ROM. I also had a Supra Turbo28 where once I removed it from its case and set a jumper, it slotted into the A2000's processor slot. Good times though I wish I had a better accelerator.

I tried AGS 2.7a on my A600 with 3-1 rom and got an ASSSIGN error, pulled my hair out for a few minutes then realised even with PFS DS there can be an 8gb limit and so I checked the scsi,device version in my 3.1 and it was 40.xx so no good, changed the rom to 3.2 and scsi.device is ver 47xx and it sees beyond 8gb , just thought I would mention it, you could use LOADMODULE to use a newer scsi.device in 3.1

Is the Amiga really powerful enough to emulate a c64?

Newly installed and I think nothing new besides themes and music and some cool features. Still I can’t change resolution it always revert to default settings even config save. Also this is for input controllers

Hi. Check if WINAMP has any MISC OPTIONS setting that lowers the audio sample rate or lowers the bit resolution (to save CPU resources)? This may be the cause of poor module playback quality in WINAMP.
