The mechanics in the game can be used however. If these things arent 'intended' then it wiuld have been bug-fixed a long time ago. It becomes a part of the game the longer its' utilized. Please stop calling this dude a cheater its crazy.

From what I can tell by the keystroke diagram, your methods are quite different from tiny dex's. I haven't been able to master either. Obviously, these skills are hard earned. I see far more comments on your channel from impressed players who are able to comprehend and admire your mastery as well as the same in Discords and Reddit. Your time (and mental health) might be better served addressing this part of your audience than the handful of complainers who insist on remaining a couple decades behind the meta.

bs slidecasting was very COMMON with high end players in AC during retail. its a git gud moment. Now I know Im a filthy casual slidecasting/animation breaking is hard af and I cant do it. But good on you for beiing able too. At the very least yall gotta learn to jump around! sometimes its the only thing between you and character death.

I was so addicted to this game back in the day. My girl friend at the time (now my wife) claims that in the middle of the night I woke her up and said "Here take this armor" and then I went back to sleep. I don't remember doing that. We still laugh when we think of this memory.

sounds like something a cheater would say. slide casting and animation breaking was how you played on darktide back in the day. I can't do it as good as you and never could haha

Love the skill displayed when jump-cancelling as caster or archer, any similar tricks for a melee player to up their game?

I always wondered what the formula was for shields that makes them so OP. Because its not like just putting on another piece of armor, its way more than that it seems. On another note, when you jump around to slide cast/animation break, how do you not slow down to a crawl? I thought if you jump too much in succession this happens? Are you doing some kind of reset? Turbine patched out rapid jumping/bunny hopping shortly after the game launched to prevent abuse, or so I had thought.

something I didn't get a chance to explain in the vid: the reason you don't see shields often or hear about them being so overpowered dual wielding with a high offhand mod allows you to easily evade almost everything in the game so while shields are insane, these VR gromnies with overpower are one of the only endgame use cases for them however, before 180 / without all the gear to evade or even if you're going no melee D shields will absolutely trivialize any melee encounter thanks for watching

In my opinion, you're glitching the game. When you're jumping around and avoiding things that's called cheating, isn'edit? I played the game when it first came aunt. No summoning's nothing like that... watching ya play, it's cheating.

If PVP Missle D is the strongest.

in summary: melee D is underrated broken, stronger than summoning on a lot of content. I did 30 legendary quests without any gear whatsoever except for melee D mods there's a ton of content average players could easily do with melee D that they couldn't with no melee D + summons. conventional gameplay without summoning is boring and one dimensional only void has some minor decision making to the combat summoning adds choices to a game where there otherwise are none. aiming them has its own skill ceiling. what debuffs do I apply? how much debuff is needed, or can I take over with weapon damage? after which debuffs do I drop the summons? summoning is a welcome extra dimension to combat in a game where the combat otherwise is just auto-attacking the league designers on levistras, who haven't played at this level, seem to have a personal crusade against summoning for whatever reason. it is generally much harder to play without melee D + shield but with summoning, and is more than enough of a player power tradeoff no melee D + summoning is just a much more skillful setup, less of a boring slog it's the best version of AC combat thanks for watching

I can't tell you the wave of nostalgia I got from opening this video. I spent daysssss in this dungeon during retail leveling up and forgot how much I had committed it to memory until this very moment.

this would have been cool in 2004 but we live in 2024 and no amount of nostalgia can bring back the past, even despite the lack of any good rpg's at the moment
