Step-By-Step Recipe:
- 1 Cup Of Oat Flakes (250 ml).
- 2 Eggs.
- Salt / Pepper To Taste.
- Mix Well.
- 100 ml Of Milk (3.5 Fl Oz).
- Let Sit For 5-10 Minutes.
- 50 g Of Cheese (1.7 Oz).
- 10 g Of Parsley (0.35 Oz).
- Mix Everything Well.
- Black Sesame Seeds.
- Fry Each Pancake For 5 Minutes On Each Side Over Medium Heat.
