Welcome to my channel.
Here you'll find recordings of my attempts on various piano covers I learned as a stress-reliever, on top of my profession as a full-time financial trader. Uploads may not be as frequent as before ever since returning to office 5-days a week. I'll try my best to push through decently played covers when time permits. Covers will mostly be notable anime songs by Animenz and other notable anime piano UA-camrs. Of course, I'll learn something of different genre sometimes too.

Brave Shine - Fate/stay night UBW OP2 (Animenz arr.) [Piano]
Been a while since I did this, couldn't get much practice time in. Too bad I can only book the room for an hour, got this done on my second recording. Learned this a while back but procrastinated in recording this.
Overall quite satisfied with this, but main difficulty stems from:
1) 2:25 appears harder than it looks
2) The infamous 4:09 section till 4:55 is still way too difficult to get it right
Otherwise, nothing much to say as the other sections were relatively straightforward compared to other pieces. Panicked a little at 5:09 but managed to save it haha

Something non-Animenz for a change, took quite a while to learn which I needed to rush a recording as I'll be away from home for a while. Did not manage to fully memorize without sheets. Mostly fast and tiring for the left hand, took a while to get used to. This took way longer than usual, felt much more difficult than most pieces I have attempted. Something short, found the sheet music I learned years ago. To summarize, it was quite difficult to execute the numerous octave jumps, only saving grace being the length of the song. A different music genre for a change, thought it was cool to try performing this. Though there were no complex rhythmic patterns, those massive jumps were frustrating but satisfying when the right notes were hit. Harder than it looks, the fast octave spam at the beginning already gave me so much trouble. Other parts were manageable with enough practice. Listened to this a lot back in 2014, thought it'll be nice to finally learn it. Took me 5 practice days to get it up to this level, some small mistakes here and there (hopefully not major).
