This was beautifully done. As professional puppeteer for over 25 years I have seen 100's of shows. The Work From Puppet Barge Is One Of My Favourites. I appreciate your love for this wonderful art form. Thank you.
Juliet used to work often with John Wright at The Little Angel Marrionette Theatre from 1960s? but for sure in the 1970s and 80s. She set up the Puppet Barge with Gren ,her husband in 1977. I find it enthralling that The Puppet Barge seems to have the same look and feel as the old The Little Angel and clearly she has been inspired by the same concentration of sound and vision and attention to subtle detail as John in his productions. If you read this Hi Juliet ,if you remember me from the 1970s, i was apprenticed there 11-14yrs.
