Crossing Shibuya Crossing
Shibuya Crossing is famed for the numbers of people who cross each time the lights turn green. I joined the throng for several crossings and was impressed by how the respectful crowds of people managed to avoided physical contact.

Shibuya Scramble as seen from Starbucks
The Shibuya Crossing in Tokyo is famous for the mass of people who walk across - some estimates put the number crossing each time the lights turn green as being around 2,500. The second floor windows of Starbucks overlook the crossing and provide a good viewpoint of this spectacle.

The rockabilly group 'Strangers' meet up at Yoyogi Park, Tokyo, every Sunday around mid-day and dance to old time rock classics. I watched them perform last Sunday (29 September 2019) and recorded some of it on my Sony HDR-UX1 camcorder. Great entertainment.

We arrived in frenetic Manhattan, full of bustling crowds, traffic noise and ubiquitous yellow cabs. Good to be back in this exciting place.

Just a quick verbal update to camera here. Again, apologies for the poor video quality. Converting from high definition AVCHD to MPEG2 video seems to result in a conspicuous loss of quality. I may well set my Sony HDR-UX1 camcorder to standard DVD format for all future travel videos to avoid the need for conversion.

Nice. I have been listening to rockabilly my whole life. Keep rockabilly alive.👏💃🕺
high way star .
There idea of boppin is more wilder , more expressive than those of the american or british rockabilly/rockers, but fuck it, theyre all dancing to the same beat of the drum, its a real shame we dont have “ tribes” like we used to, punks, rockers, skinheads etc, it’d be amazing to have that sort of thing here in the uk, but youngsters today have absolutely no individuality amongst themselves, scared to stand out in case they get “cancelled”.i got chucked outta school because i turned up one morning in a ted suit, dont know what the fuss was, it was the same colour black as the uniform apart from the leopard skin brothel creepers😂😂😂😂.rockabilly forever👍👍👍
those some knees
The older balding guy with the bandana hanging out of his back pocket needs a hair transplant.
In any other square in the world those pants would get black of dirt after 2 minutes of that dance

!!!!! O yes !!!! dancing very well
Omg luv it..luv u guys😍 brings memories flooding in watching u guys. Luv ya to pieces 💞💞
Water pipe, one of he water pipe.
Dear Rockabilly san, please dance Brand New Cadillac by Vince Taylor and his gang. For a guy in NZ. Arregato! John
Vince Taylor is not the same as them. He's twist is so nice and difficult But their japanese dance is not good ! That dance is Too Bad !
Super ambiance
I found this suspicious tunnel in Seoul, South Korea: ua-cam.com/video/lz7DOVFmTL8/v-deo.html
So wait... they knew the starting point?
I think the guide said they were informed of the starting point by a survey engineer (possibly a defector?). Unfortunately, I didn't start recording at the beginning of his talk and can't remember how he started it. He was an excellent guide and told many interesting stories about the DMZ, such as the North Korean commando raid on the presidential Blue House in January, 1968 (which would make a great true-life action movie).
That makes sense. That must have been a really interesting tour/trip. Thanks for sharing the video!
Learn something new everyday. Thanks for the post 👍
Hi thanks for video. Was it shown in 2019?
