Shanghai is undergoing significant redevelopment along the river. In this video, I walk from a traditional tourist area to a newly redeveloped riverside area. The area in between has just completed its eviction for redevelopment. The old streetscapes are disappearing rapidly.

All the places I'm filming in this video are on the ground floor. By the way, the buildings are not temples.

Shopping malls and office buildings do have parking spaces. You might not see the parking entrances in this video. They can be accessed from the side streets.

There should be many videos on UA-cam, such as those showing the changes in the Pudong area over the past 30 years in Shanghai.

The area shown at the beginning of the video is accessible by car and has parking available. However, Shanghai's former concession area shown in the middle of the video has fewer parking spaces, but it's easily accessible by subway, taxi, or shared bikes.

The rules for flying drones vary by city. In Shanghai, everybody needs to apply for permission from the police via a mobile app to fly a drone. However, many people fly their drones while trying to avoid detection by the police and security guards at various facilities😅

Thank you for your comment🙏 I think Shanghai might seem a bit less exciting for tourists, with the main attractions being the Bund and the night view of Lujiazui. However, when it comes to everyday life, I prefer Shanghai. It's a great city to relax and enjoy life😄
