Out of the three different types of adapters they make, which do you prefer the most? I would think the small hex adapter and the one w the spring retention would be best. I dont see myself needing to use a precision bit in my impact driver so dont need the power bit adapter

I did exactly the same thing on my Narex chisels (same type). Only thing is, I sawed off the top ferrule as I won't ever be bashing down on them with a hammer (a mallet is fine). And I made the little waisted-in section as a rounded shape, not a continuation of the octagon, like on yours (different tastes). What we have ended up with is a variation of the "London pattern" handles like on the Robert Sorby chisels. In my opinion the best shape there is, because they have straight sides. So the shape of the handle tells you exactly which direction the tip of the chisel is without even having to look. Well done for showing the method. Oh, and to hide up the black stain I used some walnut stain on mine, then sprayed them with Plastikote. Just makes them nice looking (not that yours aren't).

That's alot of stuff bro. I suggest a Dango wallet or similar. You only need 1 knife or multitool, not 3. When you carry your keys on the outside of your pocket you risk losing them. I appreciate your straight forward & honest presentation. Good luck to you.

Love the leatherman crunch as I carry one with me at all times and can't go wrong with kershaw. I really dig the knife you made with the kydex sheath. Awesome pocket dump though
